Staff was prompt and service courteous. Price seemed a little high for a straightforward PVC/glue repair.

After fixing the leak under my cabinet, installing a faucet and unclogging my washing machine drain, Gaberial called a mold abatement company for me to handle the mold under my sink caused by the leak. I will definitely call One Way for any future problems.

Having a slab leak, or any leak isn’t something that makes ya wanna run out and write a review.

However, our home was built in the early 80’s (1983) and leaks are going to happen.

We have used Master Repair Plumbing now 4 times in the many years we’ve owned our home.

These guys know what they’re doing. They find the problem, fast. And fix the problem, fast!

Needed someone to come check out a toilet that wasn't flushing properly and a sink that was having draining issues. They charged $350 for the visit because it was after hours. My issues are that they did not look at the sink -my tenant was the only one home at the time and realized after the guy had left that he didn't look at it - she called them back and they said they would have to charge for another visit - despite the fact that the guy had only spent 25 minutes at my home and the rate was hourly. He also did not want to accept the coupon that is on their website because it wasn't printed. Lastly, when called about the guy returning to look at the sink Gary was argumentative and rude. I do not recommend them.

I don't know what has happened to this company. I've used them for many years for cleaning my drains once a year and for several plumbing jobs. Apparently they do not monitor what their plumbers do or what they charge. I've had fine plumbers in the past but the last couple of years I've noticed a difference. I just had them send someone to install a new sink and faucets in my bathroom. Some young guy showed up, spent 20 minutes here, put the sink in crooked and charged 427.00. I called the office and told them not to deposit the check as the job was not done. My favorite plumber, Mike, came out, installed it correctly and charged me 218.00, gave me back my other check. I don't seem to be able to impress on them that what these guys do, they do in the Roto Rooter name and it is hurting their business.

I was not disappointed! H and H had an appointment that day and were available to come to our NRH dental office within 3 hours and had the leak fixed within an hour. Dealing with J Rowe plumbing was a much better experience than I’ve had using the big National plumbing companies. Myles was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining everything that was needed to do the repair. I had two other plumbing companies in my house prior to J. Rowe and they basically did nothing other than charge for work that wasn’t completed and hand me a quote for over $21,000. I had been using one large plumbing company for last 8 years and they told me my house was plumbed incorrectly and couldn’t use a jetter to clear the clog. Myles simply changed my pipes from 90 degree elbow to to “T” creating access for jetter to clear out the pipes. $1,500 versus $21,000. That said a lot about their company because they were given quotes from other plumbers and could have merely just come in a cut their price to get the work. I will use J. Rowe for all my future plumbing needs.

Tech Chris expertly solved a couple of minor problems with my system. I've owned several rent houses over the years. These guys aren't the cheapest, but they are a *very* well organized company. I passed the good word onto NextDoor. Will use them again.
