Everything was very professional from the person whom answered the phone to the technician that came to inspect my AC unit. Noel the technician explained everything very thoroughly and was able to answer our questions. Overall great experience and a fast response. Would truly recommend them!!

These guys are the best, and a local small business to boot (support local businesses!). Replaced a drain pipe that had roots growing in it, and the toilet it was attached to. Whole job would have been one day but he had to pour some fresh concrete. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a new plumber, we’re using these guys for all our future plumbing work.

Service person in hurry to get to next job! Brought along son to assist with work. Checked power source, changed reset switch, thermostat (upper and lower) with son hitting fuse box switches and tightening ground wire and hot wire. This takes away from focus of repairman and puts homeowner and company at risk. Make quick judgment that no other work can be done but to replace entire tank with additional charges. I got the impression his mind was somewhere else.

No one wants to have to call a plumber for rescue, but I am so happy that I found Larry Stinson Plumbing. They were friendly, helpful, and found a solution that fit well in our budget. We are fans for life!!

Need a new blower motor and am being charged $1500. Seems awful high when online they cost about $400. The tech was nice and patient and very friendly and knowledgeable. But price seems ridiculously high.

My experience with One Way Plumbing Solutions, LLC was positive. I had multiple leaks under the house, causing flooding in my bedroom, a hot spot under my tile and a hissing sound that was concerning. The Plumber who came out, listened, diagnosed the situation, provided a solution, quoted a fair price, and deliver a timely resolve for this annoying problem. The staff was professional (the Master Plumber, his assistances and office personnel), they consistently arrived on time, clean up behind themselves (note, broken, leaking pipes where underground), and compared to other companies provide a fair price. This was a positive experience, the problem is gone (the solution diagnosed properly on the first visit). Daniel Fitzgerald @blacktie plumbing was the fourth plumber my landlords insurance company sent -I’d really lost hope at this point. I’m happy to share he will the person we call first if we have any plumbing issues when we buy our own home. All said and done it took him about an hour to replace the dip tube on our water heater which was basically non existent. I couldn’t be happier with the service. This place should be your first call.

Michael was super professional and explained the whole process to me. He even checked the plumbing three times to double check nothing was wrong. I will be calling Master Repair/Michael for all my plumbing needs.

Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. Will continue to use

We had to find a plumber, and I called this company in hopes they could that same day. A very nice, and polite young man answered the phone, and said he would call when they were on the way! We did not to wait long at all and Otis showed up to fix our problem. I highly recommend 'All complete plumbing to anone that needs a plumber, and wants the job done right!! AWESOME!!! 👏👌👍

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

This was the most unprofessional work one had tried to do for me. The technician comea to my door in this covid-19 season without a face mask I had to ask him to get one. then he goes to my attic where he was supposed to fix the head of the water heater vent that disconnectEd from the water heater. He first said it was caused by people who changed my roof. I told him that was over 9months ago and so that couldn’t be so as he tried to force the disconnected vent head to the the water heater and he broke the elbow connecting the vent through the roof. He said the home warranty wouldn’t cover it he needed to tell the authorization department. He actually filled a report that he met the whole vent broken and left from there. He had the dislodged vent placed on my air conditioning duct work thank God I went back to check upstairs. He had not the know how nor the decency to take responsibility for damaging my property. Such a person should not be trusted with peoples properties.
