If I could give this company a negative rating I would, but 1 star is the lowest option. I called this company out to fix my washer. Day #1 the plumber got is equipment stuck in the drain and had to leave it over night. Day #2 he got his equipment unstuck, but did not fix the drainage issue. THEN he demanded I pay him for the service call. So 2 days of “working” on the drainage issue the washer was still not fixed and I was bullied into paying for service that was not completed.

Waymon has stayed on top of our A/Cs for years and I wouldn't know what to do without him! He's tells me what I need to know and sets expectations of what needs to be done seasonally. They've been in business for years and the same folks are still there. That should tell you something. They treat their employees right and that trickles down to all aspects of the business.

We've used this company for almost 10 years now and they've done a number of rehab & improvement jobs over this time (pipe lining, fixed leak in yard from meter to the house, new fixtures, etc). Recently, we had a plumbing problem that popped up with a job from 9 years ago and they stepped and fixed the problem quickly. Couldn't imagine how they could've done a better job! Highly recommend them!

I called Baker Brothers and Carlos came out same day to look at some electrical issues. Carlos listened and took the time to resolve the problem. Very professional and helpful. I’m appreciative for Baker Bros. efforts.

Carlos is punctual, professional, and does a great job. He has fixed my sprinklers and also installed insulation under our doors. He seems to be able to do a little of everything! He will be my go-to guy for property maintenance concerns from now on.
