WASNT IMPRESSED AT FIRST....Initial person from contact told me he would be back to do some of the work on a certain day. A crew showed up on a day they weren't expected and we were out of town. They came back on the day they were expected and a piece of equipment broke so they werent able to finsh the whole job. Was told they would be back on certain day and they did call me to tell me they would be late because of a crew shortage.I was not here the first time so I met Miguel yesterday when they came to finish the job. I asked about something that was not done the first time around and Miguel immediately got on the phone with the office and got that taken care of...they finished it as I expected. Both guys in that crew were super helpful and apologetic.The whole process was finished, but the disorganization up front was pretty bad. Im pleased with the overall job so I gave them 4 stars. I cant give them 5 because of the lack of communication within the company. To be honest, if the crew yesterday wasn't so willing to work with and for me I would have given 2 stars.

Plumbing and sewer blockage.

Booker was excellent. He would not give up. He and his team were professional, courteous, and worked until they were able to clean out/fix the major problem. He kept us up-to-date on all that was going on and how they were trying to fix the problem. I would use them again in a minute!

We worked with supervisor Chad today to review possible leaks with plumbing and he was very thorough and extremely professional. he spent extra time to explain problems that existed and showed us photographs as well which was very educational. thanks Chad for all your work. Bud

We are very happy with our experience. All communication was quick and effective. Every person we dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. We had a new water heater fewer than 48 hours after our first call. Thank you!

I called multiple times over a course of 2 weeks to get a tech out for a commercial business backflow issue. The first time I called, the associate stated we would get a call back that day for scheduling. I called the next day and the associate again stated we would get a call back. A few days later I called and the associate said the ticket had been deleted and she created a new one. I called the next day, since no one bothered to call me, and they said a tech would be out that very day between 1 and 4. No one ever showed up. I called back the very next morning was put on hold and then the call was disconnected. I called right back and spoke to gentleman who was extremely rude and said he shows no record of any ticket being made under the phone number I gave him. We only have 1 phone number. When I tried to explain to him the timeline and who I spoke to, he kept interrupting me with loud tones and would not let me speak. He became so rude I just ended up hanging up. I will never try to use this company again.

These guys were awesome. The repair guy reviewed all our options and helped us conclude that it was time to replace the AC system. The AC install guys were professional, friendly, answered all my stupid questions and did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. Great job Big Bear!

The technician was great! He explained as much detail of the service that I was interested to know. I signed up for the maintenance program and explained that includes 2 services (1 for the furnace & 1 for the AC) and the discounts involved when repairs are needed. Thanks Big Bear!Update: The technician found my Evaporator case cracked during his seasonal visit. Big Bear provided two estimate options.1.) To remedy just the leak.2.) Repair the leak and convert to the latest refrigerant.I chose to convert. I think the efficiency gain will give me a return on investment, reducing my total out of pocket costs. Thanks for offering estimate choices!!The install crew arrived promptly. The owner arrived with all the new parts and to review what will be completed. Upon completion, a separate technician came by to confirm all the work and make some final adjustments.This really provided a level of confidence the work was completed correctly! Thanks Big Bear! I am fully impressed, they did a fine job

Called total care to replace an old toilet that was leaking. They gave a service call quote on the phone and a time range for the appt. They showed up as quoted, went over the options, and what could possibly be an issue due to the leak and age. When they came back for the install, they were on time, courteous and fixed a flange issue . I was very pleased and will use them again.
