We had a slab leak in the middle of a bedroom. My experience with this company was excellent! I am VERY impressed!! The lady that answered the phone was kind and understanding of our situation and got us scheduled the next morning. The plumbers, Bryen and Chris were absolutely wonderful! They were knowledgeable, professional and quickly found our leak and fixed it, even with me asking questions the whole time. We have a few more non-emergent plumbing needs, and I will definitely call them this week to schedule!!!

Technicians Quincy and Xavier were very quick to respond, identify the problem and repair my kitchen sink in a timely manner. Both were very professional and knowledgeable on the task at hand and went further and beyond to help me understand how to prevent future problems. Very grateful for this team and company. Having a slab leak, or any leak isn’t something that makes ya wanna run out and write a review.

However, our home was built in the early 80’s (1983) and leaks are going to happen.

We have used Master Repair Plumbing now 4 times in the many years we’ve owned our home.

These guys know what they’re doing. They find the problem, fast. And fix the problem, fast!

This is the second time we have used Lasiter & Lasiter Plumbing. My initial contact was with Gary Lasiter. When you call a plumber you immediately worry with the costs. This was not my concern as we had gas leak and Gary was the ultimate professional, calmly leading us through every step with assuring confidence. Within 12 hours we met Juan who was so methodical, personable and expertly located the leak and it was fixed. They took care of everything for us and I cannot speak more highly of their business and personal approach. Cannot beat this company and will always use them. Oh, and the costs were fair for what was needed.

I don't know what has happened to this company. I've used them for many years for cleaning my drains once a year and for several plumbing jobs. Apparently they do not monitor what their plumbers do or what they charge. I've had fine plumbers in the past but the last couple of years I've noticed a difference. I just had them send someone to install a new sink and faucets in my bathroom. Some young guy showed up, spent 20 minutes here, put the sink in crooked and charged 427.00. I called the office and told them not to deposit the check as the job was not done. My favorite plumber, Mike, came out, installed it correctly and charged me 218.00, gave me back my other check. I don't seem to be able to impress on them that what these guys do, they do in the Roto Rooter name and it is hurting their business.

Maurice, “Mo”, was so helpful taking time out of his Saturday to service the mini split in our addition. We will definitely call on your business when the need arises!

These guy are the best in the business and I would refer them to anyone. I use them for everything from clogged toilets to water heaters. My water heater went out last night and they are here at 930am replacing it. Professionalism, dependability, and they stand by their work.

1st I spoke with Evelyn who was Very kind and patient with me and explained that it would be an after hours... which when your pipes are backing you are in need of quick service...then Zachary came out he was very kind, professional, he listened to what we had to say and very quickly fixed the problem...I will highly recommend the company and Zachary to all my friends and family!!!

I appreciated their professionalism and the time and care they took to fix our garbage disposal . Their prices are very reasonable and they even scrubbed and cleaned the area with bleach when they were done .
