It is always a pleasure to acknowledge a job well done. Mr. Dudley knew right away what needed to be done and did it in less time that I anticipated, leaving the bathroom very clean. He clearly explained what needed to be done, and after discussing it with me, proceeded right in to takecare of the next step. In the past I have had repair crews who took more time and accomplished less, and left me to clean it up. Through the entire process he was personable and friendly, but always very professional. I highly recommend Blaize Plumbing! We had a hard to find gas leak and had procured three bids from other plumbers that did not give us confidence before we found Blaize. The entire Blaize team was incredibly professional, smart, efficient and a pleasure to work with. They worked to find and repair the leak with absolute minimum disruption to the house. We were impressed by their problem solving, diligence and excellent communication.

They where early a worked in a timely manner and got the jobs done

As usual, the service was impeccable. James and his partner were professional, courteous, and proficient. They came in, diagnosed, and informed us of the possible issues and costs. Then proceeded with ease, and ultimately the price was less than initially suggested, as he expressed but had to give the possibility of said cost. Nonetheless, it was seamless, harmless, and highly efficient as I mentioned earlier. Awesome!

Gaberial Booker has assisted me with several plumbing issues. His prices is good but just as important or more important, he is very responsive and comes out as quickly as possible. I contact Mr. Booker any time I have a plumbing issue and would gladly refer him to others.

Water heater went out in the middle of the night on a Thursday and leaked water all over the place. Daniel from Black Tie plumbing was able to come out Friday morning and replace it that day. I was deathly afraid that I would have a huge mess as my water heater was in a second floor closet which meant it had to be carried across carpet to the downstairs. Daniel was amazingly clean and managed to quickly install the new heater with no mess whatsoever in getting the old one out and the new one in. He also made the needed updates to bring the house back in to code. I couldn't have asked for a better job. I would highly recommend these guys.

Michael was friendly and informative on the initial visit. He made the options clear to us and left a written estimate. On the return visit Michael, once again, was professional and clear on the process he was going to do. He communicated well and I felt comfortable with the service provided.

Previously, I had given these folks a five star review. I’ve used them a number of times to clear my drain line where roots get into it.
Twice in a row now, they’ve missed the appointment window. When I called, each time I was told I had gotten lost in the shuffle. They finally came out, then pretty quickly said they’d have to get their leak detection experts to find the leak.
“Leak detection experts” = two guys with shovels.
They knew they were dispatched to a leak and then later had to leave to get repair parts.
I anticipate they’d solder a new piece in when they did find the leak. Nope, they crimped in a riser piece. The first crimp failed, so they had to go get another part.
The second crimp worked, but apparently they didn’t check the meter to see if it was still running because we have a second leak on the side of the house.
I went to call them for the second repair, but they got lost in the shuffle and I called Baker Bro’s instead.

They came right out and fixed a leak I was having underneath my bathroom sink. Fast and courteous service. I highly recommend.

The Plumbing Service (Brent) came out the same day to assess the situation, when other Plumbing companies could not figure it out, Brent was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix the issue at a reasonable price. I am amazed at a wonderful job he did! He was very professional by explaining it every step of the way, gave me tips to prevent the issue in the future, and was very reliable. I would recommend this company!

Hydrostatic water test , on time and incredible job, would recommend them

They're on the high end cost-wise, but they know what they're doing and will get the job done. They're also one of the few that has a 150ft plumbing snake.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

I am deeply disappointed with Ben Franklin Plumbing for wasting a few hours of my time this week. Their initial plumber came to my house on April 1st, diagnosed the problem and ordered the needed parts. It was agreed I would be contacted when the parts arrived to set up a time to have them installed. This past Monday I received a text and set up an appointment for what I thought was to have the parts installed. When plumber #2 arrived, he was unaware plumber #1 had been out to our house. Once I informed him, he checked with someone and advised me the ordered parts would be in-by Friday April 8th. On Thursday April 7, I received a text and an an email asking me to confirm an appointment they scheduled for Friday the 8th between 3:30pm-6:30pm. I confirmed that appointment and waited at home during the 3 hour window. No one showed up so I called their office at 6:35pm to see what happened. The young lady at their office was apologetic but stated it looks like the ordered parts had not arrived yet. She had no explanation why an appointment had been scheduled. Fortunately I am far more patient now than I was in my younger years so I politely informed her that I would find another company and have no intention to use or recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing to anyone.
