This company is AMAZING!!!First, I encountered the pleasure of witnessing their giving spirit (Taylor and Myra) with regards to helping high school students in a non-profit program called Mentor's care.Then, when needing service for HVAC repair, as our precious fur baby chewed the outside wire; we contacted KMP.Let me begin with Ms. Dee... she answered the phone and was the most professional, respectful and friendly company representative I've spoken with in years. She was able to coordinate same day service and made me feel like family.Then later that afternoon, I met the HVAC technician, Mr. Billy Junior.He was so informative, kind and helpful throughout the entire repair process, as he took the time to check the whole system and not just the puppy chewed wire.Within minutes our system was up and running and we had peace of mind knowing it was repaired and done right by good hearted, honest people.I don't write reviews but I had to for this company. This company was truly a God sent blessing and we couldn't be more thankful. Plumber came out, provided the cost, said he had to get approval and left. Never called me for approval. What’s the point in coming out if it doesn’t get fixed. The approval was for $45, hello...... that’s the cost of the service call and we were aware we had to our that.

Walker Co. was absolutely amazing. My neighbor recommended them because she was telling us how awesome their service was and professional and how thorough. I called the same day, and they were here in less than 24 hours and was in constant communication. I am so happy I went with this company, and not to mention its affordable and the customer service from the operators to the techs were outstanding. You won’t go wrong with them!!! I would like to first start by saying Troy and Steven are SO AWESOME!!! They came out diagnosed my issue with in an hour and provided an amazing price to get the repairs completed! Signed the bid and within 1 day they were at my house completing the repairs. Very easy to work with and FAST. Repairs are done and ALL of the dirt that was removed from under my home has disappeared like NOTHING was ever wrong! Thank you Horizon for helping me in this time of need you have been amazing and I will be using you guys in the future!! THANK YOU TROY and STEVEN I will be a lifer customer!

Please spend a little more time looking for a good company, and don't use benjamin franklin plumbing. I've called several times and still no one has fixed the issue. Even talked to I think a manager named Bo, nothing has been done. It has gotten so bad that now the back door isn't shutting right. Horrible customer service and now will have to spend more money to fix their mistake. Honestly should be reported to the better business bureau. People rely on a business to fix a job and do it right, not make things worse.
