Michael was on time, very professional and courteous. He laid tarps in pathway to Master bath and installed a new pressure assisted tank and bowl. Checked to make sure old flange was in good shape (it was) and installed the new one. When finished he tested everything making sure it was working properly. Hauled old toilet away, picked up tools, tarps and bath was as clean as he found it. 5 Stars is all they give but Michael is at least a 6 Star Plumber. Master Plumbing is Lucky to have Michael working for them. When I need a plumber I’ll call Master and ask for Michael job well done! Thanks

They did great work for a fair price and there were no hidden fees, upcharges, or other surprises during the work. They were also quick to response and to get the job done, not dragging things out or inconveniencing us in any way.

Just had Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing out to determine if my worst case fear of a busted cast iron pipe under our house was indeed true. Lewis came out at the time promised and ran a snake down the pipe and a camera as I had requested. Turns out no breaks and he got our immediate issue of the backed-up pipe fixed. He advised me on ways to be gentle with the pipe going forward and didn't want to rush into any big and expensive undertakings with it. He advised what the next small step we could take if we wanted. He was no pressure, honest and sincere. I really appreciated that. The price was very fair as well. I've paid a lot more for a lot less with other plumbers. I'm super happy! Thanks!

AC went out in this 109° temp. Called at 8:00 am next morning and someone was here by 9:30 am. Addressed the problem quickly and professionally. Communicated the issue effectively. This company performed like an ambassador and far exceeded my expectations. I had them pull out all cast iron from under my slab house and replace it with PVC. They showed up on time and completed on time. Their excavation crew even put the garden hoses back exactly as they found them. They were a least cost of 3 bids and they did the work without breaking up my slab. Christian appears to be the foreman ordering the crews but I've got nothing but good words to say about all of them. I don't expect to need them again but I can certainly recommend them.

I called Direct Source this afternoon for a kitchen sink that wasn't draining, and they said they'd be here within an hour - not only did they get there within an hour, but they had the job DONE within the hour! Excellent service. I would definitely call them again.

Doesn't answer phone calls. Says 24hrs.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
