Best Water Heater Repair Fort Worth in Arlington TX

This company has lot of unprofessional people. Looks like most of the 5 star ratings are fake.

Originally called them to fix problems with our ac drain line, a problem with our water heater not heating and a toilet that was leaking. They did a great job at finding and fixing all the issues we had! I ended up having noise issues with the new toilet they had installed but they came out the next business day and to fix the issue. The guys stayed until they fixed the problem. I feel like most other plumbers would have given up but these guys went above and beyond to fix the issue. Definitely plan on doing business with them in the future!

Used multiple times and every time they were very prompt and professional. Fully explained what they were going to do and pricing.

Do not use this company. Did not fix my issue and will not come back out. Manager refuse to call me back to discuss.

UPDATE. Tech did NOT want to look at issue and refuse to diagnose. Also management refuse to call back to address this. Finally decide to reply to this review after weeks have passed.

AC wasn’t working and it was 104° outside. Called Paschal Air. The technician Oscar arrived within the hour! Diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly! He was very thorough and didn’t try to “up sell” me. Won’t use any other company from here on out.

We had two water heaters replaced. We shopped around and interviewed a number of plumbers, even the big name brands. I am so thankful we chose H and H Plumbing! They were a little bit more, but competitively priced. The little extra was worth it because of the entire experience, their responsive, the quality of materials used, and the quality of workmanship. Total professional experience. The previous water heaters were not installed to code. Zac took care of it.

We are going to have a water softener installed, and a gas line ran to the back patio for a grill. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

The technician was great! He explained as much detail of the service that I was interested to know. I signed up for the maintenance program and explained that includes 2 services (1 for the furnace & 1 for the AC) and the discounts involved when repairs are needed. Thanks Big Bear!Update: The technician found my Evaporator case cracked during his seasonal visit. Big Bear provided two estimate options.1.) To remedy just the leak.2.) Repair the leak and convert to the latest refrigerant.I chose to convert. I think the efficiency gain will give me a return on investment, reducing my total out of pocket costs. Thanks for offering estimate choices!!The install crew arrived promptly. The owner arrived with all the new parts and to review what will be completed. Upon completion, a separate technician came by to confirm all the work and make some final adjustments.This really provided a level of confidence the work was completed correctly! Thanks Big Bear! Just recently, we have experienced a lot of issues with our water heater. Aside from the leaks, we have been hearing a loud noise and their tech found that it was from sediment build up. He was really quick in assessing the problem and was very professional and respectful. He even went an extra mile to examine sewer drain outs and did an awesome job.
