I’ve been using Lasiter and Lasiter for several years. They don’t charge the initial service call fee for an evaluation like so many companies do. Every plumber that has come out has been excellent. They evaluate the situation and we talk through it - they never talk down to me, and are always professional and polite. I won’t use anyone else.

We didn’t have a big job for them this time but Jason Watson up showed on time, was courteous and professional and literally was done in about 15 minutes, lol. He then was kind enough to take a look at some other issues and give us some estimated prices on other plumbing issues we needed guidance on. We’ll go back to J Rowe when we’re ready to tackle the bigger jobs and Jason is welcome if we happen to get him again😊

While visiting my uncle down in Grand Prairie and in the middle of the night the damn water pipe popped and these guys were the only ones who answered my call. They came to my mother's house to figure out what was wrong with her water heater. She is elderly and has to rely on the honesty and integrity of her service people.Marcus was her repair man and he took full advantage of the situation. He was there for less than 45 minutes, he vacuumed under water heater, drained the water, ignited the pilot light. NO PARTS were needed for repair.He charged her 371.50. She is on a fixed income and told her he should have charged her more because he put batteries in her sensor that she providedto him.Put the word out. Do not use this company.

I called Total Care and spoke to Brad. He was able to come by between appointments. Within minutes he arrived at my home and diagnosed this issue. It was repaired quickly and correctly. I am pleased. I will be calling him again and referring him to others.
