AC quit working last night with 100+ temps expected for the week. Called Max Mechanical and they sent Ty out within an hour and he quickly diagnosed the problem. Since we did not have AC Ty moved some other service calls around, got the parts, and had our AC working by the evening. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. I will use them again.

I had a technician, Steve Pound, come and see why my bathroom was stinking. After about 15 minutes he diagnosed it was due to an air duct losing its wrapping and was causing a musty smell. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an experienced plumber

They came to my house for a clogged drain and did a great job! They cleared the line and open the drain and showed me roots in the line. After shopping around i saw that they had the best price of all the other companies in westlake. They completed the job on time and was great to work with! I couldn’t recommend this company enough! Never is my life have I come across a company like Williams Home Maintenance. Their service and quality is second to none. They actually listen to you and help to solve your problem in a prompt and professional manner. Recently they installed all new high efficiency heat/ac system(3 units). My home has never felt more comfortable, my utility costs have decreased significantly and they helped me get a $1000 rebate with my electric company to help pay for it. Highly recommend! Prompt, trustworthy, and reliable. We used their emergency plumbing service. They were one of the few services that even answered the phone on a Sunday. They were at our house within 90 min, and their emergency fee was very reasonable. The plumber that we had, Tony Lopez, explained to us what went wrong and showed us the pieces that were no longer working. They did not try to sell us anything extra or unneeded. We will 100% be calling them whenever we need something in the future and likely using them as we remodel our home and install new fixtures.

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
