From the first phone call with the customer service team to the repeated check up calls keeping me in the loop and finally the service call, Lasiter and Lasiter is a truly professional and compassionate company. Craig and team (4 in total) that showed up to perform the fix were outstanding. I thought I had one pipe break and it turned out I had three. I was fixed up in under 2.5 hours. Well I had to call Metro Energy for something else that went wrong on my AC unit! I am glad they sent Josh back! AGAIN! Josh was thorough in doing his best to find the most cost effective solution. He tried to only replace the relay part but that part alone did not stop the AC from running inside when it shut off outside! Ultimately the control board needed to be replaced. He made sure to check to see if my unit was still under warranty. It was which afforded me the opportunity to pay a lower price for the part. I was unaware of the warranty and he could have not shared that but He did! At my request Josh also changed out my thermostat and tested the ac and heat to make sure all was well. Finally I asked him a gazillion and one questions and he answered each one and did not leave until I was completely satisfied with testing and making sure all of my questions were answered. I chose Horizon because of their good reviews and turns out they’re greatly deserved. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. My repair ended up being costly (replaced water main), but Jared spent all day trying to find a way around it, and showed me every step and every problem. When the repair was made they did it very quickly and professionally. The price I was quoted was the price I paid, and honestly found it very reasonable for the amount of work they put in. I would recommend them to anyone, and will be a lifelong customer.

Yes they are more expensive, but they are good and they guarantee the work. If you want a cheap, half axxx job, don’t call em. But if you want a professional, highly talented team who gets it done, call em.
