After 8 quotes to replace the main sewer line in my home, I was convinced to call Roto Rooter. I am so glad that I did! Steve came out and gave me a quote which was HALF of what a few of the other companies charged! He performed the service within 2 days and left my yard clean. Steve (and Melissa) answered all my questions and contacted me every step of the project. Here's the kicker -- Steve found a hole in my kitchen pipe while under the house and replaced it. The total cost ended up being LESS than the original quote!!! I HIGHLY recommend this Roto-Rooter location. Ask for Steve! Thank you so much for your wonderful work. I've been using this company for a few years. They are always professional, courteous and prompt. There have even been a couple of minor visits that they didn't charge for. I will not use any other company for plumbing services.

I had a stubborn clogged drain that multiple attempts failed to fix. Green Star Plumbing arrived and worked its magic. The drain was unclogged quickly, and they even gave me tips on how to prevent future blockages. I'm grateful for their expertise.

What a great organization. I had to set up a service call for a client who has a service contract for his heat and air. I expected it to be a bit of a hassle. I called and got Monica. She knew my client by name, as soon as I gave her the address. She was so pleasant, set up the call and sent a tech. The tech spent a couple of hours checking out the units . Did not recommend any additional services that were NOT covered , just checked units thoroughly, cleaned and replaced filters, let units run to ensure they were in working, and said all covered under my clients home warranty . Sad to say , I do not really expect great service anymore, but these folks delivered.I will be using them for my own service in the future. Very impressed with the professionalism through the entire process. Monica also explained what was covered and what would not be covered on the initial call. Time consuming for her , but nice to know this info BEFORE the tech comes, and hands you a surprise invoice . Companies who do business like this , deserve to be recognized and patronized . As a norm , I wont post bad reviews , because all companies, have bad days and it hurts the employees who many times have no control over policy so I address less publicly, but when I get really good service, I do my best to make it known!

Called at 8:00 am looking for help. We had a main line sewer backup. Talked to Ben and he said he could fit me in between 3 -5 but then he asked what was going on and when he heard what we had going on he knew we were in trouble; he asked if we lived in Arlington. We do and he said that he could squeeze me in the morning. He showed up at 9:30 and quickly got us back in business! He even came in to check the Master shower because it was draining slow. Thanks Ben!! I will definitely recommend you to my friends and neighbors but more importantly, I will be using your services in the future!
