Can't say enough good things about this crew. Professional, courteous, and friendly. They replaced the entire waste system under our house and I could hear them singing and laughing while they worked. In the middle of a mess, they made me laugh, too. It was a big job but they made it bearable and for a very fair price. They even dealt with our 3 dogs barking the entire time. Will never use any other company.

Cannot recommend this company enough! Michael came out on a Saturday morning for a last-minute plumbing inspection on a home we’re buying, and was incredibly professional, kind, and patient with all of our questions. After laying drop cloths and explaining what he would be doing, he was quick and efficient and came back with a full report and recommendations. We feel so much better about this home because of Michael’s assessment, and look forward to using them with our plumbing work in the future!

Oasis plumbing fixed my bathtub faucet that was leaking and not working properly. Another plumbing company had told me that I needed to replace the whole system. This would require going into the wall and be very costly. Oasis was able to fix the existing system and it works great. They were fast, courteous, and saved me from unnecessary expensive repairs. Never is my life have I come across a company like Williams Home Maintenance. Their service and quality is second to none. They actually listen to you and help to solve your problem in a prompt and professional manner. Recently they installed all new high efficiency heat/ac system(3 units). My home has never felt more comfortable, my utility costs have decreased significantly and they helped me get a $1000 rebate with my electric company to help pay for it. Amazing company, better people.

Can't say enough good things about Ben & his employees. Briefly: total replacement of about 75' of main sewer line UNDER the foundation of our house. Cast iron pipe completely collapsed in two places. This is not a cheap job no matter who does it but Ben bid a good $10-20,000 (yes that's thousands) under three other companies. His contracted digging team tunneled in, he and his helper went in and replaced everything, then the crew backfilled the tunnel. Can't even tell they were here...they even replaced the bricks perfectly they had to pull from my patio. All done with permits, city inspection, and an engineering study (required by code); no off-the-books illegal stuff some people encouraged me to do to save money. Ben explained everything in terms I could understand, was cordial and respectful. Even his dog was cool. Oh, and he also replaced a water heater for me a few weeks before this dig and did it $1,200 cheaper than the last company that replaced it! By all means, call this company if you need any plumbing work done.

This is the best plumbing company there is. I did a big repair to my septic line with J Rowe in April 2020 so when I saw water stains on the ceiling of my first floor, and saw my toilet leaking above it on the second floor, I didn't think twice when I called J Rowe. I left a voice mail at 8am and got a call back 1 minute after. Misty had a technician call me and as always the price was fair for both parties. Jeremy W came over within 15 minutes, and completed the repairs in 15 min to the toilet. God is good. He put J Rowe in my life for a reason!
