I recently switched to Dial One for my semi-annual plumbing and HVAC maintenance. I could not be happier. Kerlin came to my home today - he was thorough, helpful, inquisitive. He made sure everything was in good working order and got me all fixed up. The value for the price paid on their maintenance plan is already good, but when you get to deal with great employees like Kerlin - it's even better.

They are price gouging. Charging up to $450 an hour to replace a tankless hot water heater. Coming to the neighborhood on Sunday so they can charge more. Going door to door to get business

We called roro rooter for a clogged toilet, the plumber was here for 20 minutes and charges us $326.37, absolute rip off. Shows on invoice that he flushed the toilet sevral time to test the lines. Lot of work to depress the toilet lever.

Used this company for many years. They were always fair, reliable and did good work. Things have changed. Will no longer use them. In 2020 they came by to give an estimate on replacing bathroom sink. Never heard back. Called several times but never heard back. Recently in 2021 again asked for an estimate on a new sink. Set up an appointment but never heard from them. Will not be calling again and for sure will not be recommending them. T Hightower

I’m not sure which location this driver works for but she ran a stop sign yesterday in a residential area, my family and I had the right of way at an intersection, we had already stopped at the stop sign to make a left turn, a black lady driving the truck was heading straight but she came Speeding down the street and sped through the stop sign, never slowed down or anything if we had turned out she would’ve t-boned us and caused injuries to everyone in the car. This happened near Andrea Lane in Forest Hill, Tx around 4:20pm on 2/3. She could’ve severely hurt my family and I. I’m an insurance adjuster and just felt someone needs to know how employees are out here driving reckless. I’ll remove my review once someone acknowledges it, my intention isn’t to hurt your business. My review is based on the drivers action while driving your truck.

Love Big Bear! Another company told me I needed to replace my HVAC system due to a Freon leak that was getting bigger. I called Big Bear and Bryan spent 1 1/2hrs tracking down the leak and found it! I am now going to get it repaired which is saving me thousands. Big Bear is honest, skilled and knowledgeable. Bryan was VERY detail oriented and is excellent.

We had 2 separate service visits, our technicians were Perry Hicks and Caleb Mayes. Both gentlemen were very friendly, professional and knowledgable. Would definitely reccomend either one - and Milestone. We switched service agreements from our previous company to Milestone earlier this year and we've been much happier.
