Our AC went out on Thursday and we tried to get other companies to check things out but they gave us the runaround for 2 days but when we contacted Max Air and Plumbing they sent someone out the same day and got us back up and running at a great price! Everyone knows that this Texas heat is unbearable so we are so grateful that they were able to accommodate us on such short notice.

Chaz and Mike did a good job installing a water line for an ice maker. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I would rate them better, but they did leave a big hole in the Sheetrock behind the fridge. I think they should have covered the hole with a vent plate or something to make it look professional.

I've known the owners for 10+ years and they have always been wonderful friends so it's only natural that I called them when my water heater had little to no pressure. However, when I went to book I did so through their automated service since I enjoy supporting my friends companies and wasn't looking for any favors. The service sent me a response with when I should expect someone as well as their name. The service was next level from the crew that I'd never met before. They did everything they could to keep me from having to buy a new water heater and now I've got more pressure than I've ever had, all while having a great conversation. 15/10, would recommend time and time again! I called multiple times over a course of 2 weeks to get a tech out for a commercial business backflow issue. The first time I called, the associate stated we would get a call back that day for scheduling. I called the next day and the associate again stated we would get a call back. A few days later I called and the associate said the ticket had been deleted and she created a new one. I called the next day, since no one bothered to call me, and they said a tech would be out that very day between 1 and 4. No one ever showed up. I called back the very next morning was put on hold and then the call was disconnected. I called right back and spoke to gentleman who was extremely rude and said he shows no record of any ticket being made under the phone number I gave him. We only have 1 phone number. When I tried to explain to him the timeline and who I spoke to, he kept interrupting me with loud tones and would not let me speak. He became so rude I just ended up hanging up. I will never try to use this company again.

Had a broken water line from the street. Called one plumber and they quoted me a price of $6000-10,000. Ouch! I hired an unskilled laborer to dig up the pipe and find the leak, then called F&B to repair the pipe. I called them at 8 a.m., and by 10:30 the repair had been done for $175. This is the way plumbing repairs ought to go--fast and affordable.

Please spend a little more time looking for a good company, and don't use benjamin franklin plumbing. I've called several times and still no one has fixed the issue. Even talked to I think a manager named Bo, nothing has been done. It has gotten so bad that now the back door isn't shutting right. Horrible customer service and now will have to spend more money to fix their mistake. Honestly should be reported to the better business bureau. People rely on a business to fix a job and do it right, not make things worse.
