Best Slab Leak in Arlington TX

Very knowledgeable family business

I live in California and have properties in Dallas Texas. My tenants called me saying that there was a leak coming up from the ground. I did not know what to do, so I called these plumbers and they came out and repaired the leak under my foundation without breaking concrete. They fixed it by tunneling and did an amazing job AND did not ruin my wooden floors! I'm extremely thankful for that thank you guys !!

The whole drain system of my house came to a stoppage on Saturday 4pm. I called 2 plumbing services and they did not have an open spot until Sunday and the other I was placed on a 4 hour wait list. I decided to call Metro Rooter and they answered within one ring. They said they will have someone out to my house within one hour. Joe arrived and assess the situation. He started with the back clean out and within 15 mins he new the stoppage was upfront. He went to the front clean out and within 10 mins the line was cleared. The price that was quoted to me over the phone was the price I paid. Too many services out there will tack on additional fees or try to sell you a membership. Thank you Metro Rooter and especially Joe. You run a customer service oriented and honest business.

We had to find a plumber, and I called this company in hopes they could that same day. A very nice, and polite young man answered the phone, and said he would call when they were on the way! We did not to wait long at all and Otis showed up to fix our problem. I highly recommend 'All complete plumbing to anone that needs a plumber, and wants the job done right!! AWESOME!!! 👏👌👍

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

Joe Azcona came out and fixed a loud, leaky, terrible toilet for us by quickly and conveniently installing one that actually works. Very professional, patient, and did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would. Will use BFP again based on this experience.

Husband and wife duo were so.... kind and knowledgeable. During this time of disaster they didn't hesitate to come and assist to get us running water. They worked in our house that didn't have electricity and was very informative and explained the nature of the problem (two busted water pipes from the freezing). They were equipped to trouble shoot and fix on the spot. They didn't take advantage of individuals during their time need unlike some I have heard about online. We have used Accurate 3 times and fortunately may never need them again since they have now replaced ALL the plumbing for the house! We had old cast iron pipes and due to age they started breaking and leaking. After our first experience with them we have never called anyone else. Great team! they solutioned my issue relatively quickly from the time I schedule my appointment and the time the squad showed up at the house was less than 24hrs.

I had an issue with a leaking water line outside my house and called Mr Stalcup. He arrived a few minutes later and quickly found the problem and was able to fix it in a couple of hours. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He cleaned up afterwards and left everything looking good as new. I am happy with the service I received and will be sure to call him first anytime I have plumbing needs in the future.
