This is the 2nd time I have used them and both times have been great experience's. Very professional and always on time. Prices have remained the same for 18 months. I would highly recommend them.

Pro Fix was a life saver! I was getting ready to leave on vacation and the last thing we needed was a clogged toilet! Pro Fix came out right away, fixed it quickly and didn’t charge an arm & a leg! Nice and professional! I highly recommend them!!

Noticed our hot water Heater was leaking on Sunday night. I had previously used Ztinaon plumbing so I text Carissa at 11 PM the office manager and Larry wife. Sent over some pictures and she replied immediately. She asked if Larry could stop by in the mor ing on a holiday. Larry was very prompt and gave me a very fair price and the did the job same day.

I will NEVER Call Another Plumbing Company Again!!! Jack & Jesse Are THE BEST EVER!!!!!!! I Had A Leak Under The Bathroom Floor In A Pier & Beam Foundation Home In The West Meadowbrook Section Of Ft. Worth Built In 1939. The Home Has No Access Under The House From The Outside. Jack & Jesse Had To Tunnel Their Way Under The Foundation To Find 3 Sub Floor Beams. They Dug A Little At A Time Until They Got To The Leak Location. They Replaced A 6' Section Of Rotten Galvanized Pipe. This Was Done On The Cold Water Line. The Hot Water Line Had Been Replaced With Copper In 2001. By 5:15 PM They Had Finished The Repair & Refilled The Hole & Leveled The Surrounding Dirt. I Could Not Be More Pleased!!! Ask For Jack & Jesse And You Will Not Be Sorry!!!!!

Terry with Metro Rooter came out 12/13/20 to fix a water leak in a pipe leading to my kitchen sink. He used a camera in the nearest clean-out to find the leak. He had to cut into the dry wall and then cut out the old pipe and solder a new piece in. He also rearranged the PVC pipe under the sink to maximize drainage and then replaced the kitchen faucet at my request with a new faucet I had purchased at Home Depot. This all takes time. When he returned the next day to finish, I then asked if he would replace a bathroom faucet and a tub spout so my shower would work. Once again these fixes took time as we needed to get parts from Home Depot. He had to do some soldering as the tub spout was shorter then the previous spout. Terry made it work though and things I needed done for years were fixed. He returned a third day to make the repair on the dry wall for the original leak. He changed an outside water spigot while he was there for a dripping hose I had for 4 years. Yes...all of this cost money but not as much as I thought and much less then some other plumbing outfits would have charged me. Thanks Terry for fixing all these problems that were driving me crazy for years. You did a good job on everything. I love my new faucets.

They did great work for a fair price and there were no hidden fees, upcharges, or other surprises during the work. They were also quick to response and to get the job done, not dragging things out or inconveniencing us in any way.

We had an overflowing toilet and a bathtub filling with sewage water. I called around to at least six other local companies and All Complete was the only one who could respond to our desperate situation immediately. I called Stephen and he had a master plumber at my door within ten minutes! The plumbers had everything fixed within an hour and a half and the charges were so affordable.

Oh my lands! These people were a God-send. Darrell is incredibly responsive. Great communication, nice, and understanding. He was transparent with us and made sure we knew we’d be taken care of but that emergencies would likely bump us if needed. He made sure we were okay with our issue and assured us he’d get a technician to us—and he sure did. Skylar and Clayton were fantastic. Skylar was efficient and knowledgeable. He also left his work area so clean which was not expected at all. With snow, slush, and drain yuck—cleanliness was a surprise! Once Clayton joined up the two of them got the problem fixed quickly. Skylar explained everything to us-what the problem was, how they fixed it, and how we could prevent issues in the future. We will absolutely have ABC plumbing back out again for some preventative stuff on the springtime.

We had a sewage backup and Bryan was amazing. He is clearly an expert who knows his trade. He is very knowledgeable and no doubt saved us a lot of hassle and money down the line by making the sure the job was done right the first time around. He was a pleasure to deal with—highly recommend.

Excuses why not to do the plumbing Me a 7 Me a 70 three-year-old lady intimidated the 30 year old technician so he did not do the work

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
