Best Slab Leak Repair in Arlington TX

Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. I live in California and have properties in Dallas Texas. My tenants called me saying that there was a leak coming up from the ground. I did not know what to do, so I called these plumbers and they came out and repaired the leak under my foundation without breaking concrete. They fixed it by tunneling and did an amazing job AND did not ruin my wooden floors! I'm extremely thankful for that thank you guys !!

I highly recommend Master Repair Plumbing. I had some tree roots get into my plumbing that was preventing water to drain from my house. Michael showed up and cleaned out the lines in just a matter of minutes. He also talked about preventive maintenance that could avoid this going forward. He is ver professional and did not upsale. He simply identified the issue and what needed to be done and got it taken care of.
I will call them again for future repair and drainage needs!

The whole drain system of my house came to a stoppage on Saturday 4pm. I called 2 plumbing services and they did not have an open spot until Sunday and the other I was placed on a 4 hour wait list. I decided to call Metro Rooter and they answered within one ring. They said they will have someone out to my house within one hour. Joe arrived and assess the situation. He started with the back clean out and within 15 mins he new the stoppage was upfront. He went to the front clean out and within 10 mins the line was cleared. The price that was quoted to me over the phone was the price I paid. Too many services out there will tack on additional fees or try to sell you a membership. Thank you Metro Rooter and especially Joe. You run a customer service oriented and honest business.

We were having problems with our toilets flushing on a Friday afternoon. My wife called All Complete Plumbing after other companies had told her it would be Monday before they could come to our house. Steve from All Complete, informed her that Otis was going out of town but would stop by and delay his trip to check our situation. He did stop by and he fixed the problem. Highly recommend these guys!

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

My a/c drain line clogged up late last night. Of course it's a holiday weekend. I called early this morning(Sunday), about 8:30. They had a guy at my house by 11am!! The drain was fixed quickly.
We tried to call 2 other companies: one said they couldn't come out until Monday and they other never did call us back to say when they were coming 🙄

Really appreciate the work that Darryl and Chris performed for us. We had a faucet seal blow just before the snow hit last weekend, and they came out in the snow to make sure that we had water before the storm hit. Without the work they performed last Sunday, we may have been without water for the entire week. Thank you!

Very picky and choosy about where he svcs when I was closeby in FW. The success of a business involves you going above and beyond and servicing in your area...not ignoring ppl that need help just because you limit your biz to a certain area. Branch out and watch you business do better!

Had my kitchen sink clogged up and not draining I called directed source plumbing to fix the situation the receptionist Amie was able to get me an appointment next morning. Tyler was the plumber who arrived to fix my clog. He cabled the kitchen sink pipes all the way to the outside pipes. Very informative with exactly what he was doing. He also went beyond and wet vac under my sink. I definitely recommend this company.
