Be careful if you use this company. They charged my credit card $225 more than our agreed to amount. I contacted them several times about it. Each time they said I was correct, they were sorry, and they would refund the overcharge. They never did. You can check out their low BBB rating. They have a low BBB rating for that very reason: They overcharge credit cards.

Originally called them to fix problems with our ac drain line, a problem with our water heater not heating and a toilet that was leaking. They did a great job at finding and fixing all the issues we had! I ended up having noise issues with the new toilet they had installed but they came out the next business day and to fix the issue. The guys stayed until they fixed the problem. I feel like most other plumbers would have given up but these guys went above and beyond to fix the issue. Definitely plan on doing business with them in the future!

The Master Repair plumbers were scheduled to come to my house and make repairs on March 4th, they called to see if it was okay to come earlier, I said absolutely. They arrived on the 1st of March and at that point we had been without water for 12 days due to the sudden freeze. They repaired the leak in about an hour and they were as professional as it gets.
If you are in need call this plumbing company immediately. Booties for their shoes, Covid mask, and a great attitude. I recommend them highly. I thanked them but I had to call the office and thank them again.

The Plumbing Service (Brent) came out the same day to assess the situation, when other Plumbing companies could not figure it out, Brent was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix the issue at a reasonable price. They where very professional cleaned after done and on time

Had a leak near an outdoor spigot. Skyler was here within 20 minutes and got the water leak detected and a temporary repair while we decided where to run a new spigot. He came the next day completed the job with top of the line materials so that we don't have to worry about future issues. I would definitely use and recommend this company for any plumbing need. Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

Well, just like always...the plumbing stops up on a Sunday. Nobody is open, and the ones that are won't tell you a price for snaking the pipes until the tech shows up! These guys came out 2 hours after I called. Solved the problem, charged me regular price, and gave me some tips to prevent future problems. I found them to be professional and responsive. Most of all they were honest. Give them a call.
