We had a leak my husband couldnt locate. I was concerned about long term damage. The company sent someone over who not only quickly located the leak, but reassured me there was no long teem damage to our home. I recommend them completely!

Had a early morning emergency with a copper water line break flooding my kitchen, unfortunately they are not open on the weekend and had two numbers in which you could call for emergencies. No one ever returned my call or even text back, very disappointing.

Duffy was very professional, explained everything in detail and made me feel like I wasn't getting taken advantage of. A lot of other companies will hard sell you on services you don't need and over charge. Will definitely be using KMP again.

Called The Plumbing Service (Brent) number a few times before I got him because he is so busy (but worth it!). Once I reached him in late afternoon, he was professional, set up appointment to come out and look at my slab leak issue that day. Got me an appt with leak locator for next morning who was reputable and fast. Brent worked us into his schedule ASAP, explained the repair options and gave a tentative quote based on info he had at the time. When he opened up the wall, he LOWERED the quote as it was not as bad as he expected. Amazed me as American Leak Detection people quoted a higher price on their initial inspection and when I called in to get their service they changed the price over the phone to add another 2K to the base price. Whereas Brent from The Plumbing Service came in under the quote, kept at the job until it was fixed, a few hours, even though I made a change at the last minute in materials I wanted. I would highly recommend him and intend to use his service as long as he is in business.

This company performed like an ambassador and far exceeded my expectations. I had them pull out all cast iron from under my slab house and replace it with PVC. They showed up on time and completed on time. Their excavation crew even put the garden hoses back exactly as they found them. They were a least cost of 3 bids and they did the work without breaking up my slab. Christian appears to be the foreman ordering the crews but I've got nothing but good words to say about all of them. I don't expect to need them again but I can certainly recommend them.

ABC has done multiple jobs at our house and is our first (hopefully only) call when we have a plumbing problem. We began our relationship with a massive sewer line replacement just after Thanksgiving 2018. Mr. Lewis and the office staff responded promptly to calls and were organized and professional in organizing and executing the job. Brandon, Gavin, and Steven were all pleasant and professional. About a year later, we had a leaky cast iron pipe and we called ABC. Again Jason and the office promptly returned calls and got to our job promptly. Daryl, Alex, and Hunter worked quickly and left the job site clean. A few months later we needed a new water heater and we didn't hesitate to call ABC. Daryl and Chris did the job promptly and with no complications. Most recently, when the polar vortex ruptured a pipe in our garage, we reached out to ABC. Chris and Hunter found the problem and fixed it more quickly than we expected and for a reasonable price. I hope we don't need a plumber again any time soon (knock on wood), but if we do, my first call will be to ABC.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

I knew disposal needed to be replaced. Told the person dealing with over the phone needed replaced. They came out opened my cabinet nothing more. Charged me 50 dollars to say we will be back tomorrow. Willing to pay all the upcharges to have the replacement done fast but couldn't do the replacement and charge me for walking in my house, nah. Racket.

Well, just like always...the plumbing stops up on a Sunday. Nobody is open, and the ones that are won't tell you a price for snaking the pipes until the tech shows up! These guys came out 2 hours after I called. Solved the problem, charged me regular price, and gave me some tips to prevent future problems. I found them to be professional and responsive. Most of all they were honest. Give them a call.

Very picky and choosy about where he svcs when I was closeby in FW. The success of a business involves you going above and beyond and servicing in your area...not ignoring ppl that need help just because you limit your biz to a certain area. Branch out and watch you business do better!
