Had a busy day of running around came home and was going to give my kids showers only to find the bathroom overflown with water. We were having problems with our toilets flushing on a Friday afternoon. My wife called All Complete Plumbing after other companies had told her it would be Monday before they could come to our house. Steve from All Complete, informed her that Otis was going out of town but would stop by and delay his trip to check our situation. He did stop by and he fixed the problem. Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

Both husband and wife TAG-TEAM DUO, were very responsive, professional and detailed oriented. They definitely knew what they were doing.

The fastener nut for the faucet (kitchen sink) had worked loose and it's very difficult to reach - so I called KMP. They've done work for me before and have always done top notch work.This was a small job, especially for a pro with the right tools. Chase & Don arrived early in their allotted time window and they had me all fixed up in short order. No muss, no fuss, my problem got fixed quickly & they picked up behind themselves before heading off to their next job & the price was very reasonable.THOSE are the reasons why I keep calling KMP when I have plumbing needs.
