I wanted to take a moment to compliment one of your employees. Juan (unfortunately I didn't catch his last name) was a true lifesaver last night in the Canyon Falls neighborhood in Argyle! My family and I moved into our new house yesterday, and around 8pm began smelling gas. Juan came immediately, even though it was getting late in the evening, and stayed until 10:30pm testing multiple things and working diligently to make sure we were safe. Both husband and wife TAG-TEAM DUO, were very responsive, professional and detailed oriented. They definitely knew what they were doing.

Highly recommend! Prompt, trustworthy, and reliable. We used their emergency plumbing service. They were one of the few services that even answered the phone on a Sunday. They were at our house within 90 min, and their emergency fee was very reasonable. The plumber that we had, Tony Lopez, explained to us what went wrong and showed us the pieces that were no longer working. They did not try to sell us anything extra or unneeded. We will 100% be calling them whenever we need something in the future and likely using them as we remodel our home and install new fixtures.
