Our kitchen sink was backed up, called Roto Router and after 2 hours, not only were they unable to fix it, they left me with a leaking pipe. Ace Drain and Sewer came the next day and after less than a hour both the clog and the leaking pipe were fixed.

This company stood by their word and helped take care of and honor their commitment to entirely replace our plumbing in our home. They even came out a year after to check up and tweak any issues that may arise over the year for free. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Good job Black Tie and Corey and Shane you are the best! The rest of the crew as well!

Michael and Carol with Master Repair Plumbing were wonderful. Michael came to my home and professionally and promptly repaired my kitchen sink drain line. Carol was wonderful to work with for the scheduling and coordination.

Just moved to Tx, needed work on our washer/leak and they were very kind and efficient. Had multiple estimates, he had the best price, and we are extremely happy with the repairs.

Chaz and Mike did a good job installing a water line for an ice maker. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I would rate them better, but they did leave a big hole in the Sheetrock behind the fridge. I think they should have covered the hole with a vent plate or something to make it look professional.

We had a busted water line due to this horrible Texas freeze. Could not get any other plumbers to answer their phone. Not only did these two come the same day we called, but they were here within 2 hours of us calling. They came after hours for this emergency call. Gave us options for the repair and had it fixed with running water in less than 30 minutes!!! We are sooooo grateful! Highly recommended- will definitely use again!

Billy and Micheal are amazing Billy started it off with his great diagnostic and Michael came the next day to finish. he literally was helping me out for hours in the great Texas heat. I had a issue with the a/c unit he was able to locate and go intoa very detailed assessment in regards to the unit. Unfortunately I have to replace it or can get it fixed (rather replace)due to cost almost the same. He did everything in his power to get us the right information, best options, and service. KMP definitely have great employees with great customer service skills can't thank these guys enough for what they did.

They replaced two water valves for the washing machine and replaced on hose bibb in the yard. $877.00. I have already lost their number. Do not call them for your work unless you are independently wealthy. Never again.

Braydan Souter did an amazing job locating and and destroying the clog in my pipes. The cost was reasonable and Braydan was very knowledgeable and professional. Roto-Rooter plumbing will be my first call for any plumbing needs, moving forward.

Mr. Baldemar was FABULOUS! He came into building, assessed the problem, explained to me what would be the resolution and how much it would cost, collected the parts and repaired the restroom. Now my patients have a working restroom and everyone is happy!
Will call and ask for him specifically from now on!

II am a General Contractor (Romnes Remodeling, LLC) and I was in charge of running a renovation in Carrollton, TX. I live in Austin and have made several trips to check on progress. Jim made his portion of the job a breeze for me!

Jim was hired by my clients to replace an old water heater. Originally I was going to do the work, but because of permit restrictions in Carrollton, a permit had to be pulled by a master plumber.

Jim had great communication and kept me up to date with the status of the project. After the permit was pulled, Jim installed the water heater quickly and efficiently.

Jim mentioned that he normally does not do residential work like this. Finding a plumber is hard enough, especially when I live 3 hours away. Luckily, Jim went out of his way to get the job done and it passed inspection with no issues.

I will definitely use Jim for any future Dallas projects!
