The service quality was superb and they scheduled the city inspection after replacing a 50 gallon hot water heater in addition to adding safety measures to prevent flooding into the house. Their electronic invoicing is easy to follow with different payment options. Used their service multiple times now and will seek their service again in the future. Definitely will also recommend them to friends and family.

John and his team was very professional and helped fixing the heater/water boiler as well as outdoor faucets. He also showed me tips to maintain the boiler and where it was done faulty before that needed to be fixed. Highly recommended

They wanted $320 to snake an a.c. drain on a Sunday. Most of their competitors want about $200-250. On google it says theyre open 24 hours, but know youre going to pay way more than average to use them after hours. Call around for quotes before using these guys.

The Plumbing Service (Brent) came out the same day to assess the situation, when other Plumbing companies could not figure it out, Brent was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix the issue at a reasonable price. Timely business, quality work, however hired them 18 months ago to do same the exact job but this time their price jumped 30%. I asked why, worker claimed inflation yet he said his pay hasn’t changed. Disappointed that businesses are taking advantage of their customers, I’d understand if they needed to order parts but this is just price gauging. Plenty of competition will take my business elsewhere.

Yesterday was the 2nd time this summer we have used ABC, and both times have been flawless. The first time we had a gas leak outside, so they sent Skyler and Eli to work on it. They were on time, efficient and had the problem fixed in no time! Then yesterday we had a sink clogged and overflowing onto the floor. This time Skyler and Jovi showed up, cleared the clogged and had it back working in less than 30 minutes. Both times they were here they were professional and knowledgeable, and left the area clean. I highly recommend them!

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
