We highly recommend Pro Fix Plumbing- they are a GREAT company. I called to report a water leak we discovered at our office and they were very responsive and helpful. I reached out on a Wednesday after 6PM and got an immediate response. I was able to schedule a service visit the next day between12-2pm and Caleb with Pro Fix arrived promptly at 12:30PM. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient, taking time to answer my questions and explain each available option before offering his recommendation of the most effective and economical solution. He quoted us a very fair price and performed the job quickly and quietly. His work was high quality and he left the restroom cleaner than how he found it.

We were very satisfied with the services provided by Pro Fix. It's good to know there are still honest and dependable companies out there!

Great response and great repair. Almost everything went as expected.

I was disappointed that the plumber didn't perform a quality check when he completed his work. I returned home from the hospital to no water turned on in the house. The water was turned on at the street, but not at the house cut-off point. Not only was that inconvenient at 9P.M. at night and not feeling well I had to turn the water on and flush out the mud at the outside hydrant. The plumber should have tested his work. If he had I would have returned home to a home with clean running water.

You can see the water cut-off valve is only six feet from the repair.

The repair hole is still open because I requested that the plumber not fill it in so that I may use sand instead of the rocks that came out.

A side note: I opened the hole and will fill it back in which saved the plumbers time and effort. I still paid the same price as if i hadn't performed the hard work.

My scheduled sewer repair was functionally completed but aesthetically was less than expected. I contacted a supervisor, CJ Gonzalez and he addressed all of my concerns the next day. Well done caring about customer satisfaction.

Had a sewer line issue. James came out and located issue right away with camera. Ended up having to jackhammer through slab to get to break. Work was very professional and super clean. I would highly recommend James and Master Repair for any work!

Had a busy day of running around came home and was going to give my kids showers only to find the bathroom overflown with water. Called a few companies but no one could come until the next morning or they wanted a high price just to come out. Glad we found this company, very reasonable prices and very friendly young men came to fix the problem. They went above and beyond to make sure our problem was taken care of!! Needed someone to come check out a toilet that wasn't flushing properly and a sink that was having draining issues. They charged $350 for the visit because it was after hours. My issues are that they did not look at the sink -my tenant was the only one home at the time and realized after the guy had left that he didn't look at it - she called them back and they said they would have to charge for another visit - despite the fact that the guy had only spent 25 minutes at my home and the rate was hourly. He also did not want to accept the coupon that is on their website because it wasn't printed. Lastly, when called about the guy returning to look at the sink Gary was argumentative and rude. I do not recommend them.

We are very happy with our experience. All communication was quick and effective. Every person we dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. We had a new water heater fewer than 48 hours after our first call. Thank you!

Husband and wife duo were so.... kind and knowledgeable. During this time of disaster they didn't hesitate to come and assist to get us running water. They worked in our house that didn't have electricity and was very informative and explained the nature of the problem (two busted water pipes from the freezing). They were equipped to trouble shoot and fix on the spot. They didn't take advantage of individuals during their time need unlike some I have heard about online. They were recommended by a plumbing wholesaler, very responsive arranging timing and getting water heater. The installation was professional - all new connecting pipes. Price was almost half of what I was quoted by another plumbing company. I highly recommend them.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
