Having your AC go out is never a good thing but ours went out last week during the hottest days of the year. I was suspicious using a bigger company but I can’t emphasize enough what a great experience this was. From the initial inspection where they gave me options, to the constellation with options, to the installation of a new system the entire process was very clean cut and professional. This was all done in a few days. I got a quote from a local guy and our price was very competitive but we got this very professional process that I know the local guy could not have given us. James and Jacob performed exceptual work despite very difficult conditions. Winter Storm Elliott arrived the same day work began. In three days they replumbed the entire house, brought all plumbing features up to current building codes fully insulated every line and left me extremely pleased that Dial One Johnson Plumbing was the firm chosen for this project. The cost was very reasonable also.

Zach came out and did a thorough assessment of our home and it's needs. He was very informative and helpful of every processes. I was even able to reach him on a weekend with a concern and he assisted me with no issues. I highly recommend this company and their amazing staff.

Michael was on time, very professional and courteous. He laid tarps in pathway to Master bath and installed a new pressure assisted tank and bowl. Checked to make sure old flange was in good shape (it was) and installed the new one. When finished he tested everything making sure it was working properly. Hauled old toilet away, picked up tools, tarps and bath was as clean as he found it. 5 Stars is all they give but Michael is at least a 6 Star Plumber. Master Plumbing is Lucky to have Michael working for them. When I need a plumber I’ll call Master and ask for Michael job well done! Thanks

I had an issue with a clog that was somewhere between my house and the street, preventing water from exiting my residence. I called the city and was told there was nothing that could be done by them. I texted Plumb Reasonable, who was highly recommended by my sister, and within a minute I got a response, and within ten minutes they arrived at my house. The owners were professional, informative, and quick, clearing the stoppage within 15 minutes. I am so appreciative that they were able to come so quickly and fix the issue. The owners were friendly and warm, making me very comfortable as someone who knows nothing about plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company, you will not regret it!

I call these guys with a major water leak problem and they came out and within the hour just like they said.He had me fixed up in no time and quoted me $200 and that's what they charge me I was very impressed I would definitely recommend these guys.

I called multiple times over a course of 2 weeks to get a tech out for a commercial business backflow issue. The first time I called, the associate stated we would get a call back that day for scheduling. I called the next day and the associate again stated we would get a call back. A few days later I called and the associate said the ticket had been deleted and she created a new one. I called the next day, since no one bothered to call me, and they said a tech would be out that very day between 1 and 4. No one ever showed up. I called back the very next morning was put on hold and then the call was disconnected. I called right back and spoke to gentleman who was extremely rude and said he shows no record of any ticket being made under the phone number I gave him. We only have 1 phone number. When I tried to explain to him the timeline and who I spoke to, he kept interrupting me with loud tones and would not let me speak. He became so rude I just ended up hanging up. I will never try to use this company again.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
