Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. Bryan and Carl were excellent. It was freezing on the day they came out, but they were just pleasantly doing their job. I had different company tell me they have to do some work and charge me for that before they could give me a quote on the actual leak. But Bryan spent over 2 hours finding the leak and then gave me a bid. He did not charge me for the diagnosis of the problem.Bryan and Carl returned a week later and spent 3 days digging under my house and fixing my leak. They also did a few other things. They were early every day and were very professional. Even though the Cost was over $4000.00, I believe they gave me more value for my money. I will definitely use Ernies again.Also the office called ahead before they arrived and did follow up to see if I was happy and had all my concerns met. Great Customer Service. Mike Salazar from Home Town Plumbing came out with only about an hour’s notice and cleared my main line. My showers and toilets were all backed up, so to me this was an emergency! He immediately knew what to do and quickly took action to clear it. He even had to move my newly planted flowers to get his machine in the right place, but he carefully dug them up and placed them to the side, without damaging them. He has been in business for many years and definitely knows his plumbing! I won’t hesitate to call him again with any plumbing issues. Thank you Mike!
