Best Sewer Line Issue in Arlington TX

Mr. Booker's team showed up promptly to handle our disastrous water meter issue. Zane and Issac were lifesavers. They were knowledgeable, fast, and Mr. Booker himself showed up to inspect the work! 10/10 all day, every day.

Michael has been out to our home twice in the last week or so. He is always thorough, considerate and friendly. He has done a great job on out shower/sink repairs and replaced our water heater, which was no small task. He has been so polite and is always welcome here. Terry with Metro Rooter came out 12/13/20 to fix a water leak in a pipe leading to my kitchen sink. He used a camera in the nearest clean-out to find the leak. He had to cut into the dry wall and then cut out the old pipe and solder a new piece in. He also rearranged the PVC pipe under the sink to maximize drainage and then replaced the kitchen faucet at my request with a new faucet I had purchased at Home Depot. This all takes time. When he returned the next day to finish, I then asked if he would replace a bathroom faucet and a tub spout so my shower would work. Once again these fixes took time as we needed to get parts from Home Depot. He had to do some soldering as the tub spout was shorter then the previous spout. Terry made it work though and things I needed done for years were fixed. He returned a third day to make the repair on the dry wall for the original leak. He changed an outside water spigot while he was there for a dripping hose I had for 4 years. Yes...all of this cost money but not as much as I thought and much less then some other plumbing outfits would have charged me. Thanks Terry for fixing all these problems that were driving me crazy for years. You did a good job on everything. I love my new faucets.

I felt assured that he and his team were very trustworthy, and were giving me honest and reliable information for the best available options to fix our slab leak. On the day of the project, Jon and his team found some hidden piping route irregularities that were caused by the previous homeowner. Instead of just casting those aside and proceeding with the simpler job we originally agreed to, Jon went ahead and fixed the new issues that were found as well. The added work was very labor intensive and they surely did not have to do so. The fact they did without any hesitation, or added charge, and provided us with a much more modern cold water pipe line, as well as completely fixing our original leak issue was incredible. THANK YOU to M2 Plumbing & Drains LLC! They told me that I did not need to pay $15,000 to fix a leak that two other prominent plumbing companies said was coming from cracks in a pipe under my home. M2 was RIGHT and they fixed the problem for under a few hundred dollars! They even took the time to patiently explain and show me what they were doing in great detail and why the more expensive repair was not necessary. Excellent service. Our technician was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. His name was Austin. We had tried other plumbers without success and Austin found the problem right away........roots in the line. Very efficient service. Will definitely use again.
