I highly recommend this business, and if you happen to get Michael as your plumber, you're in good hands. I needed a couple of P-Traps installed. I called and spoke with Carol who was very friendly and to my surprise was able to get me a same day appointment. I had several other estimates, but I was so impressed with the professionalism and how courteous Michael was until I hired him to do the job. He was on time and is very knowledgeable. He took the time out to explain in detail what was being done. Michael did an outstanding job and in my opinion is an asset to this company.

So I needed a Sewer Drain clean out. I had a backup that was backing up in the bathtub and in the laundry room in one of my rental properties. They come highly recommended to me from The Property Center a property management company. I
commend this drain cleanup plumbing company. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to quality service make them a cut above the rest. If you find yourself dealing with a troublesome drain, don't hesitate to call them. Jimmy and his team were wonderful.

I first used Fischer & Boone when I had a pipe burst under my Fort Worth 1940 home back in August 2015. I was a new home owner, having just purchased the place in April. While some plumbers did suggest they could fix the old galvanized steel pipe, the writing on the wall was full replacement would be necessary.
Fischer & Boone were direct in saying what was needed to be done and the cost. While others night be able to patch things cheaper, that would put stress on the rest of the system and future issues may arise. It wasn't something I as a 24 year old new homeowner may have wanted, but the full replacement to PEX piping was what was needed for the then 85 year old home.
Since then, I have used Fischer & Boone for a water heater replacement in 2018 after
returning from a deployment, and most recently a leak fix at the water meter box where there was a small leak. They have always been quick in response, professional in their work, and reasonable and direct in their cost. They didn't try to direct me to perhaps additional unnecessary work, and I appreciated that as a then new homeowner and now a bit more seasoned one.

I'm blown away by the excellent service I received from this plumbing company. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and charged a fair price.

Devante Grant was a personable young man. He checked for problems other than the toilets.

Overpriced and untrustworthy ...!!! Charged for diagnostics when none was done. Telling us can’t perform diagnostics because we didn’t have enough gas but multiple other opinions say our gas supply is fine. Do not use...

Very responsive family owned business. Contacted them around 8 pm on a Sunday night during nfl playoffs. When they learned that the stopped up drain was at an assisted living home they dispatched a crew that arrived at 9 pm. Within a hour the issue was resolved. Really appreciate their response to our situation. I Highly recommend them for their customer service !!

Curtis Jackson came to our house about 3 weeks ago because the kitchen sink was stopped up. It was affecting the kitchen and the laundry room. He worked on the problem for about 30 minutes using the snake machines. He then called me outside and told me that I he was not able to solve the problem because I had a broken pipe under the house in the slab. He said that he could schedule for the camera to be brought out which would cost several hundred dollars. He charged me $167.00 and wrote on my receipt No Warranty. He also wrote his recommendations on my receipt. I have since called another company and they found no broken pipes and the clog was fixed in about 30 minutes. I also asked if Terry was still working for the company because he is the service man who has been to our house the past 2 service visits. He told me that Terry was no longer with Ernie's. I noticed on the reviews that within the past week Terry has had some wonderful compliments on his service. I feel that our drain issue would have been resolved if Terry had been sent to our home. Very disappointed with this visit.

Jamie and Jesse were the best. Five stars +. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Did a great job repairing main sewage line break under the edge of my slab foundation. Reasonable cost. J Rowe plumbing is the only plumbing company I will be using in the the future.

Highly recommend! Prompt, trustworthy, and reliable. We used their emergency plumbing service. They were one of the few services that even answered the phone on a Sunday. They were at our house within 90 min, and their emergency fee was very reasonable. The plumber that we had, Tony Lopez, explained to us what went wrong and showed us the pieces that were no longer working. They did not try to sell us anything extra or unneeded. We will 100% be calling them whenever we need something in the future and likely using them as we remodel our home and install new fixtures.
