My experience with One Way Plumbing Solutions, LLC was positive. I had multiple leaks under the house, causing flooding in my bedroom, a hot spot under my tile and a hissing sound that was concerning. The Plumber who came out, listened, diagnosed the situation, provided a solution, quoted a fair price, and deliver a timely resolve for this annoying problem. The staff was professional (the Master Plumber, his assistances and office personnel), they consistently arrived on time, clean up behind themselves (note, broken, leaking pipes where underground), and compared to other companies provide a fair price. This was a positive experience, the problem is gone (the solution diagnosed properly on the first visit). I highly recommend One Way Plumbing Solutions, LLC to anyone looking to solve plumbing issues!

Matt at Blacktie was a lifesaver for me and my family. Our water heater went out in the middle of the recent cold snap and all other companies were quoting it would be 2 weeks before anyone could come out, Matt had his team out in 2 days! Thank you Matt!

My initial experience was ok, while they couldn't find the cleanouts at first, they found them after they had done their work. Lines in the house were backed up. Was billed $275 for less than 30 minutes of work, and now I've left a voicemail 4 days ago and not been called back, for the exact same issue a month later. Initially they were responsive, and my issue seemed to be resolved, but it clearly was not. I guess i'd be cautious on this one.

Terry with Metro Rooter came out 12/13/20 to fix a water leak in a pipe leading to my kitchen sink. He used a camera in the nearest clean-out to find the leak. He had to cut into the dry wall and then cut out the old pipe and solder a new piece in. He also rearranged the PVC pipe under the sink to maximize drainage and then replaced the kitchen faucet at my request with a new faucet I had purchased at Home Depot. This all takes time. When he returned the next day to finish, I then asked if he would replace a bathroom faucet and a tub spout so my shower would work. Once again these fixes took time as we needed to get parts from Home Depot. He had to do some soldering as the tub spout was shorter then the previous spout. Terry made it work though and things I needed done for years were fixed. He returned a third day to make the repair on the dry wall for the original leak. He changed an outside water spigot while he was there for a dripping hose I had for 4 years. Yes...all of this cost money but not as much as I thought and much less then some other plumbing outfits would have charged me. Thanks Terry for fixing all these problems that were driving me crazy for years. You did a good job on everything. I love my new faucets.

Excellent service provided well beyond expectation. They were very professional from the moment I contacted Patrick about our water pipe leak to the moment Jon resolved our issue. I felt assured that he and his team were very trustworthy, and were giving me honest and reliable information for the best available options to fix our slab leak. On the day of the project, Jon and his team found some hidden piping route irregularities that were caused by the previous homeowner. Instead of just casting those aside and proceeding with the simpler job we originally agreed to, Jon went ahead and fixed the new issues that were found as well. The added work was very labor intensive and they surely did not have to do so. The fact they did without any hesitation, or added charge, and provided us with a much more modern cold water pipe line, as well as completely fixing our original leak issue was incredible. I highly encourage you to contact DFW Pipe and Plumbing with any issues you may have.

We had H and H Plumbing out to install a new hot water heater. They came on time and did a great job of removing the old unit and installing the new one. They were courteous and focused on the job at hand. Unlike other plumbers they came prepared with the right tools, parts and equipment. When they were finished they cleaned up and left the location the way it was when they arrived. They even took the old unit away for proper disposal. What a pleasure to deal with such a professional outfit. I recommend them highly.

Drain King is very professional and knowledgeable. They were on time and explained what needed to be done and the cost before doing the work. They did an excellent job. Will highly recommend them for your plumbing needs

Willie came out to check our furnace today for its yearly check up & thank goodness he did. We had a new roof put on last month & apparently they knocked flue pipe loose & did not put the roof crown above roofline.
We are just lucky we had not turned on the heat yet.....scary! Anyway, Willie will be back on Friday to replace & fix everything. So happy we have a maintenance plan with them.

Called Ernie's 6/8 about 10a for a free estimate for a total rebuild of 2 toilet tanks, incl. tank to bowl gasket and bolts. They promised someone here by 2p. I got a courtesy call he was enroute shortly after 1p and Pete was here within 30. He was very nice and cordial yet professional. He checked the tanks, gave me a price and said he'd be back today by 8:30a. Got the courtesy call today at 7:15a and he was here in an hour. He worked quickly, and in spite of all of my questions, was done with both in under 2 hours, including cleanup. We'll be asking for Pete for our future plumbing needs!

The service technician who came out was Waymon, he was friendly and professional and knowledgeable . He explained what the problem and how best to take care of it. He answered all of my questions and talked about the service program his company offers. We spoke of options for a new system down the road without any high pressure sales pitch. After checking out the system I have he was able to get me back up and running. I will be using this company again.
