Best Repairs Hvac in Arlington TX

I have had multiple issues with an existing ac unit and had Ty Howell out to my house. He was not only punctual but very informative and honest. If you have an issue ask for Ty. He is the best technician I have dealt with.

Billy came out and took care of our HVAC issue. He was very professional and very detailed in his diagnostics. He was very courteous as well. I will definitely be using them for any of my HVAC needs in the future!!

My experience with the technician was fine. He got my air conditioning unit to come on and reset replaced some parts. The next day, my home is warm again. Reached out, but know has returned my call. Idk about this company

My tech Cody was on time and very professional. He diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem and it was a minor cost. My A/C is running efficiently in this hot summer heat.

Willie, the Service Manager is extremely knowledgeable, very honest, and most importantly, he gets the job done and keeps his word. Not only is he professional, but he is very personable as well. My 2-year old knows him by name Mr. Willie. Being a smaller family owned company has its benefits and it shows with how they treat and take care of their customers.

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
