Roto-Rooter came out to our house immediately and took care of our plumbing. When needed they followed up with maintenance at no cost because of their guarantee. I was pleasantly surprised.

We had a clogged kitchen sink. Beaudy and his apprentice did a great job . They gave us many options, explained what they thought was causing the clog, and completed the job quite well. They were professional and courteous.

Byron Nelson. Owner came out the morning after I called. He replaced and installed 2 toilets in less than two hours. He removed the old toilets and all the packaging from the new toilets that I purchased. He was polite, thorough, efficient and I recommend him to everyone. So far just a diagnosis but very courteous and thorough and answered my many questions.EDIT: the above was after the first consult and bid. After that, this went way downhill and I have no idea how the Google reviews are so positive for this company. They bid two tasks (replace coil; make airflow uniform) and per the internet provided local estimates, they were high on both. Both jobs were supposed to be done in one day and only the first was. Nice techs. The second task became a nightmare of people not showing up or showing up without parts or communications. I lost count but think it took five visits to complete. One senior guy (Cory) saved the day by coming out twice and establishing a plan for a very simple job. Also today when they finished they didn’t have the right tool (flow meter) to demonstrate the job was done properly.Besides Cory and the techs, the phone games are bad and the internal communications are worse. I’m stunned I didn’t get a call earlier from someone at a high level with at least an explanation as to why this took so much to resolve.Regrettably with no reach out from ownership I have no reason to recommend this contractor, who not only is Big Bear but also run a few other HVAC companies under different names.

Excellent service provided well beyond expectation. They were very professional from the moment I contacted Patrick about our water pipe leak to the moment Jon resolved our issue. I felt assured that he and his team were very trustworthy, and were giving me honest and reliable information for the best available options to fix our slab leak. On the day of the project, Jon and his team found some hidden piping route irregularities that were caused by the previous homeowner. Instead of just casting those aside and proceeding with the simpler job we originally agreed to, Jon went ahead and fixed the new issues that were found as well. The added work was very labor intensive and they surely did not have to do so. The fact they did without any hesitation, or added charge, and provided us with a much more modern cold water pipe line, as well as completely fixing our original leak issue was incredible. I highly encourage you to contact DFW Pipe and Plumbing with any issues you may have.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
