Arrived on time and knocked out my faucet repair with ease. Highly recommend!

Michael was on time, very professional and courteous. He laid tarps in pathway to Master bath and installed a new pressure assisted tank and bowl. Checked to make sure old flange was in good shape (it was) and installed the new one. When finished he tested everything making sure it was working properly. Hauled old toilet away, picked up tools, tarps and bath was as clean as he found it. 5 Stars is all they give but Michael is at least a 6 Star Plumber. Master Plumbing is Lucky to have Michael working for them. When I need a plumber I’ll call Master and ask for Michael job well done! Thanks

Had my utility room moved into my garage. The original area was on the second floor. The guys plumbed the old utility to convert into a 3rd full bathroom .. they plumbed the garage to set our washer and dryer in that new area. We were very pleased with the results.

Willie came out to check our furnace today for its yearly check up & thank goodness he did. We had a new roof put on last month & apparently they knocked flue pipe loose & did not put the roof crown above roofline.
We are just lucky we had not turned on the heat yet.....scary! Anyway, Willie will be back on Friday to replace & fix everything. So happy we have a maintenance plan with them.

Family in from out of state for our daughter's wedding and after 14yrs our water heater decided to go belly up. A busy and stressful weekend. Wow, a breath of fresh to deal with this company. We had an issue on a new build after over a year which Horizon had plumbed, Philip came over (such an amazing professional) and effectively and efficiently identified a failure major leak. It was identified to be a warranty issue which Justin and the team dealt with promptly, arranging for the plumbing repair, restoration and drywall repair. I am truly a promoter for this company. I know this is glowing but really it was that good!
