As usual, the service was impeccable. James and his partner were professional, courteous, and proficient. They came in, diagnosed, and informed us of the possible issues and costs. Then proceeded with ease, and ultimately the price was less than initially suggested, as he expressed but had to give the possibility of said cost. Nonetheless, it was seamless, harmless, and highly efficient as I mentioned earlier. Awesome!

After using them the 3rd time, I no longer recommend Lasiter and Lasiter plumbing.

Excellent plumber

I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing today because the faucet handle in my bathtub broke, and the water was running non stop. They called me back, and said they would have someone out today. The plumber who arrived was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue quickly. Initially, I gave this company a great (five star) review. However, the plumber did not have the faucet handle, but told me that I could easily find one at Home Depot. While looking for one (didn’t find it-can only get from one place since the style is old) I had a memory recall which has totally changed my mind about my experience with this company. About 3 -4 years ago I had the same issue. That plumber told me that since my house was older he could make the repair to the leak easily. Without going into a long story, he did the same repair that this company did. The difference is that guy charged me around $125 (maybe $150)and these people charged me $400. BIG DIFFERENCE! Will Never use them again!!!

They do great work.

I used this company for a new house build.... Pressure tank relocation and install, water heater install with drains and supply lines, waste water ventilation, 3 toilet installs, sink drains, and bath tub install with faucet and shower head. I was very impressed when they showed up and gave me answers on the spot for the time it would take and a price. Will not hesitate to call them for my next project!

Overall I'm disappointed. I have yet to realize the savings that I was told I would experience. I was told that this system would be able to better cool our house than our old system and that has been untrue to this point. We were offered a deal on a new system but l would say if someone offers a Daikin to stay away. Go with a Trane or Carrier or whatever other established name is out there on a unit. The one thing I will say is that this company is quick to respond so that's good.Updated 10/25/17...After talking with Steven the new operation manager at this business everything has been resolved. He brings a new level of service and knowledge to this company and after speaking with him and getting our issue fixed we are seriously using them again for our 2nd unit. Steven is a true benefit to this company and truly knows the meaning of customer service.
