Best Repair Sink in Arlington TX

Dave was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and assessed the problem. He used shoe covers when I asked and fixed the problem. The work cost what he quoted. Hopefully this solves the leak over my garage.

One of my kids dropped a pencil in our toilet causing a clog. I called ACE at 9 am and by 3 pm everything was fixed. When does same day service happen like that anymore? Very nice staff, responsive and affordable. Would call them again without hesitation.

Had a massive leak in main water line. Originally called out another service to see if they could locate the leak. The could not without further damaging the pipes. Quoted us a price that was pretty far up there. Called out Michael who also looked for the leak. He found two areas that were leaking. The quote he gave us was half what the other company wanted to charge. We, of course, had them come do the work. He was at the house and ready to go at the exact time frame quoted. Worked hard and was super nice. Took two days to fix our problem and now works better than before. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing repairs. They are reasonably priced and do great work.

Previously, I had given these folks a five star review. I’ve used them a number of times to clear my drain line where roots get into it.
Twice in a row now, they’ve missed the appointment window. When I called, each time I was told I had gotten lost in the shuffle. They finally came out, then pretty quickly said they’d have to get their leak detection experts to find the leak.
“Leak detection experts” = two guys with shovels.
They knew they were dispatched to a leak and then later had to leave to get repair parts.
I anticipate they’d solder a new piece in when they did find the leak. Nope, they crimped in a riser piece. The first crimp failed, so they had to go get another part.
The second crimp worked, but apparently they didn’t check the meter to see if it was still running because we have a second leak on the side of the house.
I went to call them for the second repair, but they got lost in the shuffle and I called Baker Bro’s instead.

This company is reliable and professional. I highly recommend them.

Scotty had never serviced our plumbing before - he did an outstanding job! He was prompt, courteous and efficient. We had a list including unclogging the kitchen sink, checking the slow drain in the shower and repairing two faucets that were leaking. He kept me informed every step of the way as to what he had completed and what he would work on next. He wore his facemask the entire time, which we especially appreciated. I called because I had a clogged up pipe that was over flowing into my shower and tub. They came out within an hour. Juan was our plumber and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them. He fixed my problem and the prices were very fair. I will definitely use them in the future if I have other plumbing needs.

Husband and wife duo were so.... kind and knowledgeable. During this time of disaster they didn't hesitate to come and assist to get us running water. They worked in our house that didn't have electricity and was very informative and explained the nature of the problem (two busted water pipes from the freezing). They were equipped to trouble shoot and fix on the spot. They didn't take advantage of individuals during their time need unlike some I have heard about online. They stood us up for our appointment and didn't even bother to call, we had to call them. We asked when they could come and were made to feel as if our request wasn't a priority because all that we were looking to do was have our kitchen sink replaced.

These guys are great! We have a unique sump pump system that pumps water from house out to city line because we are below it and mike is the only guy we found that confidently knows how to fix. We’ve had him out for several pump replacements. It’s always so easy to deal with them. Their dispatch is kind, nice and helpful and they always takes care of us. They are fair, and do a great job too! This last call they had to send a different guy because mike was busy, but he said he would make sure he could take care of me and he did. Very pleased with roto-rooter.

The lady in the office that my wife worked with when describing the problem and scheduling the plumbers was very helpful. The plumbers, Clayton and Keller, arrived on time and quickly determined what needed to be done, gave me the quote, and went to work. The job was a little more complicated than a faucet repair, but they did a great job.

II am a General Contractor (Romnes Remodeling, LLC) and I was in charge of running a renovation in Carrollton, TX. I live in Austin and have made several trips to check on progress. Jim made his portion of the job a breeze for me!

Jim was hired by my clients to replace an old water heater. Originally I was going to do the work, but because of permit restrictions in Carrollton, a permit had to be pulled by a master plumber.

Jim had great communication and kept me up to date with the status of the project. After the permit was pulled, Jim installed the water heater quickly and efficiently.

Jim mentioned that he normally does not do residential work like this. Finding a plumber is hard enough, especially when I live 3 hours away. Luckily, Jim went out of his way to get the job done and it passed inspection with no issues.

I will definitely use Jim for any future Dallas projects!

We called Direct Source after 5pm due to my sewer line backing up into my home. They came within 35 mins of me calling. Wes was very professional and understanding. The company never charged me an after hours fee. And the price discribed over the phone was exactly what they charged me. Max fixed an awkward outdoor faucet for us. We called him back when our water heater sprang a leak. He approved our temporary fix and worked with us to save money on installing a replacement.
