Max fixed an awkward outdoor faucet for us. We called him back when our water heater sprang a leak. He approved our temporary fix and worked with us to save money on installing a replacement.

These guys are very progressional. Terry came out on Christmas Eve on an emergency call and did not charge a dime for his time. We got new tankless water heater installed as our gas water heater started giving problem and Terry was to the point explaining pros and cons and their services are moderately priced when compared to other plumbing services.

Best plumbers!! Called and they were there within an hour. Got the job done and were reasonably priced. Professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves, highly impressed. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic work by Jerrod and Jacob. They installed a new dishwasher into a very old home that we are refurbishing… not an easy job! I will definitely hire them again.

I would have given one star, but I was so impressed with the quick response and the professionalism of the lady who called this morning to schedule a time. She offered me a morning appointment, but I have had bad luck with waiting all morning into the evening for repair people who never show, so I have got into the habit of always scheduling afternoon appointments. So, she scheduled me an appointment between 1-5 pm. I worked a half day, and took off work at noon, and was at home by 12:30 pm.By 4:30, I had not heard from anyone. So, I decided to call to see if the tech was on his way. The lady who answered the phone this time sounded less energetic than the morning lady. She told me that i missed the call at 2:45 pm, and I would need to reschedule. I told her that I did NOT miss the call. I've had my phone with me all day--even took it to the bathroom with me. My call-log does not show any calls after 12:00 noon--where I briefly told my daughter to get off the phone because I was expecting a call between 1-5. The lady assured me that the correct # was called and I was at fault for not answering my phone. She offered to reschedule me tomorrow morning for another 4-hr window. I declined.I am going with another plumbing service. I believe they might have ran over on a job or two and just decided to say that they called in order to make up the time. I am so disappointed, but I can't afford to keep taking off from work. This other plumbing service said they will call & text--so it sounds like they may be more accountable. We will see............................Response to Ernie: Thank you for responding. I was upset, yesterday. This other company not only called (and got through), but sent a text message with a picture of the tech and a link to follow his on-route to my house. Perhaps you may want to adopt that practice.I don't know why your call would not have came through. I have never had a problem with any other calls coming through. --and my call log on my phone shows no calls after noon until I called you all after 4:00. None-the-less, because you were so kind to respond back, I upgraded the rating to 3 stars. Because of your high reviews, I was looking forward to doing business with you. However, all's well. Contacted Doug at MD after receiving a quote from another plumbing service. Could hardly make heads or tails of this (the other) quote.
Doug was very clear on what the repair could possibly entail and their cost. Everything was explained in terms that could be easily understood. Great ! Finally a professional person that can explain what a such & such actually does ! Would not hesitate to recommend MD Dutton Plumbing !!! Will definitely be contacting them in the future.

1 star is the only way I could post, they deserve no stars at all. Called ARS around 1pm, was told it would be a window opening till 7pm. Received a call around 4pm that they were at my home. When told them no they wasn't, they called out the address. At that time I told them that was the wrong address. And that I had given them my address 2times, even spell out for them. Trying to stay calm, I gave them the correct address again. They said they were a few blocks away. I waited for another hour to only get a call saying that they didn't service mobile homes. After I was told they did, and they popped up on the goggle list for that specific service. Smh, I did not even receive a simple apology for my time being wasted. Good luck to anyone that choose to use this company.
