I have smelled bad odors in my wall and home due to foundation issues After Blacktie Plumbing fixed the plumbing my home smells cleaner and there are no more bad odors. I had Blacktie Plumbing out to do some repairs on my sewage after my foundation was lifted. Mat and his crew Carl, Travis, Justin did an excellent job locating fixing the leaks under my home and in the laundry room. They even replaced my air vent hose on my dryer because it had to be moved. I would recommend this company to a friend or family member. Thank you so much for making my home smell good again.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! I called them for the emergency repair of a leaking toilet at my office and they WANTED TO CHARGE ME $750.00 to install a simple wax ring and to replace the flush valve on one commode. I hired another plumber who charged $283.00 for the same work. Master Plumbing ended up grossly overcharging me $243.56 just to come out and turn off the water valve!!! THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU LIKE A THIEF IN THE NIGHT. HIRE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. THEY ARE CROOKS WHO WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY PLUMBING ISSUE.

Tried calling a few other plumbers before I found these guys. I picked Bernard's because they had great customer service and were able to come after hours. They had to repair a busted pipe in front of my house and showed me before and after pictures. Highly recommend!!

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

They replaced two water valves for the washing machine and replaced on hose bibb in the yard. $877.00. I have already lost their number. Do not call them for your work unless you are independently wealthy. Never again.
