Very happy with my experience with them. Our old water heater was very out of code and in a weird closet in the garage. By the time Scott and his apprentice helper was done the space looked totally different. Everything is routed neatly and up to code now. The framing and door for the closet gone and the space just looks like it was meant to look that way all along. I’m really ocd about home repairs and projects. And I’m super happy with how everything came together. Will use them again for any future repairs

I purchased a property that needed some pretty extensive underground plumbing work done with leaks. Matt went above and beyond through the entire process with me. This was not a small task. Metro Rooter came to help me with a really tough clog that I couldnt clear myself. The plumber came out on time when they said they would, had a really hard time. They had to come back with some heavier equipment but they got the job done and charged me exactly what they said. Would recommend them to amyone

We have been using Fischer and Boone exclusively for almost forty years. They have taken care of our plumbing repairs in five houses as little children grew up to be some of their licensed plumbers. Most recently we had a very difficult stoppage in a sewer line and they worked tirelessly to resolve the problem. Their fees for repeated trips involving several hours work each time were very fair and their work was high quality. We don't shop around when we have any plumbing need.

I called on a Sunday and they were able to get someone out that same day. They let me know as soon as he (Moe) was on his way. He let me know, up front what he planned to do and what the charge would be. He was polite, professional and efficient. He answered all of my questions showed me the progress as it was made. Moe was very determined to make sure that the issue was fixed before he left. He made sure that everything was tested to ensure that I was satisfied with his work. I was very pleased with the whole experience and will definitely use Roto Rooter again.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
