These guys are awesome! Thought I had a slab leak as I was having massive water bills and could not find the problem. They helped me track down the problem and fix it promptly. It was not a slab leak but in my line between the city tie in and my house. In a single day they found the problem, carefully dug up my line and the next day installed all new, and returned the yard to normal. This was just all right before Christmas and my son's wedding. I cannot praise them enough for their awesome service, value, and kind approach.

We had a clogged sink that we couldn’t fix ourselves. They came the same day, gave notice when they were on their way, were polite and handled the issue quickly and professionally. Additionally, they didn’t mind my very curious seven year old who watched from behind (and out of the way.) One of the plumbers gave him some business cards so he could have something to read while they worked, which my son loved.

My experience with One Way Plumbing Solutions, LLC was positive. I had multiple leaks under the house, causing flooding in my bedroom, a hot spot under my tile and a hissing sound that was concerning. The Plumber who came out, listened, diagnosed the situation, provided a solution, quoted a fair price, and deliver a timely resolve for this annoying problem. The staff was professional (the Master Plumber, his assistances and office personnel), they consistently arrived on time, clean up behind themselves (note, broken, leaking pipes where underground), and compared to other companies provide a fair price. This was a positive experience, the problem is gone (the solution diagnosed properly on the first visit). The handle to open the water to the water spout on my bathtub was loose. $140 to fix “labor” + $80 in “parts” total $220!!! 😳. The guy didn’t take no other payment except cash..who knows, maybe to avoid paying taxes but his problem. This fix was way to expensive.

I love this company. Always professional, prompt in their response, and always do the job perfect. I don’t use anybody else.

I called multiple times over a course of 2 weeks to get a tech out for a commercial business backflow issue. The first time I called, the associate stated we would get a call back that day for scheduling. I called the next day and the associate again stated we would get a call back. A few days later I called and the associate said the ticket had been deleted and she created a new one. I called the next day, since no one bothered to call me, and they said a tech would be out that very day between 1 and 4. No one ever showed up. I called back the very next morning was put on hold and then the call was disconnected. I called right back and spoke to gentleman who was extremely rude and said he shows no record of any ticket being made under the phone number I gave him. We only have 1 phone number. When I tried to explain to him the timeline and who I spoke to, he kept interrupting me with loud tones and would not let me speak. He became so rude I just ended up hanging up. I will never try to use this company again.

What amazing service! We got the owner himself out next day to quote us for a new hot water heater. We wanted a tankless, which was a significant price difference, but he actually recommended that we stick with the tank style due to the layout of our house. When I called to schedule installation, I was given an appointment for the very next day. Daryl, the technician, was extremely professional and friendly. When he finished he sent me recommendations about other upgrades we could make to further increase the efficiency of our other fixtures. I am so pleased with ABC!

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

Please spend a little more time looking for a good company, and don't use benjamin franklin plumbing. I've called several times and still no one has fixed the issue. Even talked to I think a manager named Bo, nothing has been done. It has gotten so bad that now the back door isn't shutting right. Horrible customer service and now will have to spend more money to fix their mistake. Honestly should be reported to the better business bureau. People rely on a business to fix a job and do it right, not make things worse.
