Best Plumbing Pipes in Arlington TX

I had a leak in my home, they came out the next day! Tell me why they couldn't find a leak. they invoice paper says no leak. When I called Specialty Restoration of Texas to come out they found it right away and they did the job and repaired the pipe and had fans and dried the wet carpet. Waste of Money and Time on this company. Plus I was wanting to pay by credit card the $250 charge for the service call and the Person/Plumber said the only take cash they should tell the person when scheduling they only take cash. Luckily my husband had cash.

Michael was outstanding! He was on time. He wore a mask. (Not necessary, but highly respectful.). He wore booties which my new floors appreciated. He installed 2 garbage disposals, with all associated plumbing, an air switches for the disposals, 2 touchless faucets, and a touchless soap dispenser. Everything was clean when he left and I could not be more pleased with his work. I only gave him five stars because they would not allow six. Hiring professionals is always a gamble. Assuming that everyone at Master Repair Plumbing is like Michael, your risk dramatically decreases with this company.

Tried calling a few other plumbers before I found these guys. I picked Bernard's because they had great customer service and were able to come after hours. They had to repair a busted pipe in front of my house and showed me before and after pictures. Highly recommend!!

Just had Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing out to determine if my worst case fear of a busted cast iron pipe under our house was indeed true. Lewis came out at the time promised and ran a snake down the pipe and a camera as I had requested. Turns out no breaks and he got our immediate issue of the backed-up pipe fixed. He advised me on ways to be gentle with the pipe going forward and didn't want to rush into any big and expensive undertakings with it. He advised what the next small step we could take if we wanted. He was no pressure, honest and sincere. I really appreciated that. The price was very fair as well. I've paid a lot more for a lot less with other plumbers. I'm super happy! Thanks!

Husband and wife duo were so.... kind and knowledgeable. During this time of disaster they didn't hesitate to come and assist to get us running water. They worked in our house that didn't have electricity and was very informative and explained the nature of the problem (two busted water pipes from the freezing). They were equipped to trouble shoot and fix on the spot. They didn't take advantage of individuals during their time need unlike some I have heard about online. Really wanted everyone to make sure they knew how grateful and blessed we were to have met this team duo. Thank you Plumb Reasonable!!

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

Please spend a little more time looking for a good company, and don't use benjamin franklin plumbing. I've called several times and still no one has fixed the issue. Even talked to I think a manager named Bo, nothing has been done. It has gotten so bad that now the back door isn't shutting right. Horrible customer service and now will have to spend more money to fix their mistake. Honestly should be reported to the better business bureau. People rely on a business to fix a job and do it right, not make things worse.

Timely business, quality work, however hired them 18 months ago to do same the exact job but this time their price jumped 30%. I asked why, worker claimed inflation yet he said his pay hasn’t changed. Disappointed that businesses are taking advantage of their customers, I’d understand if they needed to order parts but this is just price gauging. Plenty of competition will take my business elsewhere.

Called and spoke to Amanda to get us on the schedule for a static test on our sewer lines and pressure test on our water lines. She was very responsive and able to get us service quickly for Metroport Meals On Wheels. Then Brian and Jayden both did the testing. We are thankful they were able to give us good news that our lines are not broken. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely use ABC Plumbing in the future.

My home needed updated plumbing and these guys made it happen! Their hard working team put in the time needed to replumb my home and the price was much better than we had originally thought. They got it done, working almost nonstop in this Texas heat. I highly recommend them for their work ethic and honesty.

Kyle was very knowledable, enjoyable to be around and honest. He cleared my sewer line in about a half hour and cleaned up completely. He also explained what was going on as he figured out what the problem was and where it was. He even drew a diagram for me so I could understand. I would have him back any time. His boss made a good choice when they hired him. Do whatever you can to keep him around. You and your customers will be glad you did.

Acknowledge God in all your ways and He will direct your path. After being taken advantage of by a faulty contractor and his boot leg plumber, our home was in a mess. It was a plumbing issue (slab leak) and some other things that the contractor said would cost $$$$ - Prayer still works! We went to God in prayer after firing the contractor, and God lead us to Direct Source Plumbing. From the first call, to the completion of the job in one word........these guys were PHENOMENAL! They found things that were out of place, and things that did not need to be done in the first place. We were told by the contractor that he had to place a line over the house through the attic to re-pressurize our master bathroom because of the leak......(smh) this was false information. When Wes from Direct Source Plumbing came out, he immediately went to the solution. Wes checked the volume from outside, he turned the volume/pressure back on from where the contractor's plumber had turned the pressure almost completely off. Our pressure was restored just that quick, and no need for overhead lines. To make a long story short, this is just some of the amazing things this company did to get us back up and running like new, and the $$$$ the contractor thought he would get, God gave us favor. Direct Source Plumbing could have charged us an arm & leg for the work they did but because of their integrity, they were HONEST. We were relieved that our bill was affordable and no where near the price quoted by the contractor's plumber. They even blessed us with a military discount. Direct Source Plumbing came in and had to undo what the contractors plumber did - and then fixed the leak all in a couple of hours to meet city expectations. We are humbly grateful that Direct Source Plumbing was very affordable, professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
