We had Michael out to perform a complete inspection on our HCAC system and evaluate a leak in the attic. He was thorough and professional and even contacted the mitigation company for us so that they could get started on the repair. Michael resolved several issues that we were unaware of from our HVAC install and provided excellent recommendations of maintenance needs for the future. Roberto with plumbing also came out to inspect our plumbing system. He was professional and thorough and provided a detailed summary of all areas inspected. We highly recommended KMP for all of your plumbing and HVAC needs!

Outstanding service! I had a leaky faucet that was driving me crazy. The plumber from this company arrived on time, assessed the problem, and repaired it flawlessly. They were professional, courteous, and left the area clean.

Audi & Luis were very professional & quickly installed a new faucet. They gave us excellent service and instructions about proper care and troubleshooting.

Had my utility room moved into my garage. The original area was on the second floor. The guys plumbed the old utility to convert into a 3rd full bathroom .. they plumbed the garage to set our washer and dryer in that new area. We were very pleased with the results.

In the past we had bad luck with other plumbing companies. We have used DFW Pipe & Plumbing numerous times and always had great experiences. We were able to schedule our service quickly, the plumbers showed up on time, and they did great work for a fair price. I won't use any other plumbing company.

What a great organization. I had to set up a service call for a client who has a service contract for his heat and air. I expected it to be a bit of a hassle. I called and got Monica. She knew my client by name, as soon as I gave her the address. She was so pleasant, set up the call and sent a tech. The tech spent a couple of hours checking out the units . Did not recommend any additional services that were NOT covered , just checked units thoroughly, cleaned and replaced filters, let units run to ensure they were in working, and said all covered under my clients home warranty . Sad to say , I do not really expect great service anymore, but these folks delivered.I will be using them for my own service in the future. Very impressed with the professionalism through the entire process. Monica also explained what was covered and what would not be covered on the initial call. Time consuming for her , but nice to know this info BEFORE the tech comes, and hands you a surprise invoice . Companies who do business like this , deserve to be recognized and patronized . As a norm , I wont post bad reviews , because all companies, have bad days and it hurts the employees who many times have no control over policy so I address less publicly, but when I get really good service, I do my best to make it known!

THANK YOU to M2 Plumbing & Drains LLC! They told me that I did not need to pay $15,000 to fix a leak that two other prominent plumbing companies said was coming from cracks in a pipe under my home. M2 was RIGHT and they fixed the problem for under a few hundred dollars! They even took the time to patiently explain and show me what they were doing in great detail and why the more expensive repair was not necessary. So the next time you check Google reviews for plumbers, don't use the big guys. Call M2!
