I had my entire bathroom replaced. Kaleb and Jacob got here at 8am and we're done by about 4pm. Other than the truck in front of my house, no one would have known I was having work done. They kept everything very neat, there was never a mess in my yard or my house. My movement through my house was never interrupted by their work. They showed me things as they worked and kept me informed throughout the day. They did a beautiful job. Kaleb told me exactly what to expect and answered every question I had before and after the job. I HIGHLY recommend Pro Fix.

I think Matt might have been your service man's name, but I couldn't ask for a better worker, patient serviceman who explained our system's needs and how he repaired/replaced some needed item on the unit, along with standart 6 month maintenance. Please send him again, as they are all good, but I was favorable impressed with his dedication to check, clean, repair, and explain everything included and offer us options to our future services from your company. I operate a small public water system for a community of 350 or so people. Our 4 pvc line developed a small crack and was leaking. I called this company to get a quote for repair and was absolutely floored by their quote. 3475.00 to replace a 4 coupling. less than 12 of new pipe. They sent 2 guys out to look at the job and provide a quote...I called another smaller plumbing service in Grand Prairie, been in business 25+ years...they came out did the job in less than 2 hours for 650.00 parts and labor....

I will NEVER Call Another Plumbing Company Again!!! Jack & Jesse Are THE BEST EVER!!!!!!! I Had A Leak Under The Bathroom Floor In A Pier & Beam Foundation Home In The West Meadowbrook Section Of Ft. Worth Built In 1939. The Home Has No Access Under The House From The Outside. Jack & Jesse Had To Tunnel Their Way Under The Foundation To Find 3 Sub Floor Beams. They Dug A Little At A Time Until They Got To The Leak Location. They Replaced A 6' Section Of Rotten Galvanized Pipe. This Was Done On The Cold Water Line. The Hot Water Line Had Been Replaced With Copper In 2001. By 5:15 PM They Had Finished The Repair & Refilled The Hole & Leveled The Surrounding Dirt. I Could Not Be More Pleased!!! Ask For Jack & Jesse And You Will Not Be Sorry!!!!!

Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. Had a early morning emergency with a copper water line break flooding my kitchen, unfortunately they are not open on the weekend and had two numbers in which you could call for emergencies. No one ever returned my call or even text back, very disappointing.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
