Best Pipe Line in Arlington TX

I had a leak in my home, they came out the next day! Tell me why they couldn't find a leak. they invoice paper says no leak. When I called Specialty Restoration of Texas to come out they found it right away and they did the job and repaired the pipe and had fans and dried the wet carpet. Waste of Money and Time on this company. Plus I was wanting to pay by credit card the $250 charge for the service call and the Person/Plumber said the only take cash they should tell the person when scheduling they only take cash. Luckily my husband had cash.

Very happy with the work they did for us--professional, courteous, neat and a reasonable price. They're on our shortlist if we need plumbing services.

Had to make an after hours call to KMP as a result of damage caused by my roofer to my main AC unit. Doug “the myth” (my ascertain) was dispatched to my house, and arrived within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed and remediated the damage caused by the roofer. I cannot state my appreciation for Doug and KMP Team for helping us out after hours by not only explaining the root cause to a contractor looking to defer responsibility of damages onto me. Lastly, as a long term plumbing customer, your company has once again proven that I should transition all of my home AC plumbing and heating needs to you…as it should be!

Brent was the most pleasant person to work with. I called several different places to help me diagnose the issue with a front yard water leak. Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

Joe went above and beyond to fix our draining issue. He was very courteous and worked very clean. He was prompt and did not waste any time. 100% recommended
