I'm blown away by the excellent service I received from this plumbing company. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and charged a fair price.

They were on time the younger guy was good at what he did however the other guy was just like we can’t do anything unless we get paid I didn’t like his attitude at all he is just like American Home War. They lie ,the people can’t speak English well they don’t understand you so you don’t get what you ask for I will never use them again

Tried calling a few other plumbers before I found these guys. I picked Bernard's because they had great customer service and were able to come after hours. They had to repair a busted pipe in front of my house and showed me before and after pictures. Highly recommend!!

Shawn and Aaron did a great job replacing my water softener system. They were actually early to the appointment, they installed it where it was out of the way but still easy to fill. They were very professional and helpful and made sure that they got the job done right. They even cleaned the garage floor where my old one had overflowed and salt was stuck to the cement before installing the new one. That is customer service at its best Thank you! Awesome job guys!

Woke up this morning to a leak in my kitchen and had no idea where it was coming from. Soon discovered it was coming from the bottom of the wall. Collin Bailey was amazing. He was very thorough and sincere and tried his best to help every way he could. He gave me best and worst case scenarios and informed how to claim it with my insurance if I wanted to. Thank you Collin and Delta 1 plumbing!

$700 down the toilet. AC repair lasted 2 months then unit died. They wanted $3000 to replace. Another repairman blamed dead unit on faulty wiring by WHM. Replaced it for me for $1500 and its working well. Obviously I am not happy with service by WHM.

Carl was professional and helpful in explaining the problem, solution, and how to prevent repeat issues going forward. Can't ask for a better experience. 5 stars.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
