Called out one of the big name companies in Weatherford to diagnose and repair a leak under my pier and beam house. The quote I got was more than a little unbelievable, so fortunately I got a second opinion. Master Repair sent Jack out and not only did he find the leak, he fixed it for a THIRD of the price I was quoted by the other guys. He was polite, helpful and went above and beyond to check that everything held, there were no more leaks and even helped with an additional problem with another line. I highly recommend these guys and I won't call anyone else if I don't have to.

I had called a previous plumber before calling Roto-Rooter in Fort Worth. After describing the situation on the phone to that plumber he came out and took one look at my backed up storm drain and said he didn't work on those types of drains . . . . even after I described it to him. Anthony from Roto-Rooter came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it that same day.

Clayton came out and fixed my disposal. In and out in minutes, and showed me what to do if I had a similar problem in the future.

Schedule their appointment with Alec but they never show up. Quote me 500$ for replacement a bathtub spout and water valve replacement. Didn’t call to let me why they didn’t show up.

Excellent service provided well beyond expectation. They were very professional from the moment I contacted Patrick about our water pipe leak to the moment Jon resolved our issue. I felt assured that he and his team were very trustworthy, and were giving me honest and reliable information for the best available options to fix our slab leak. On the day of the project, Jon and his team found some hidden piping route irregularities that were caused by the previous homeowner. Instead of just casting those aside and proceeding with the simpler job we originally agreed to, Jon went ahead and fixed the new issues that were found as well. The added work was very labor intensive and they surely did not have to do so. The fact they did without any hesitation, or added charge, and provided us with a much more modern cold water pipe line, as well as completely fixing our original leak issue was incredible. Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
