Having your AC go out is never a good thing but ours went out last week during the hottest days of the year. I was suspicious using a bigger company but I can’t emphasize enough what a great experience this was. From the initial inspection where they gave me options, to the constellation with options, to the installation of a new system the entire process was very clean cut and professional. This was all done in a few days. I got a quote from a local guy and our price was very competitive but we got this very professional process that I know the local guy could not have given us. After putting up with a leaking shower head for some time, I called Black Tie Plumbing for help. Chad Stanley came out the next day. He was very professional, assessed the problem, gave me the cost (with no high pressure sales), and I agreed to have him do the work. He finished in the time allotted, the price was what he quoted, and I couldn't be happier!

We had to get a new system and replace our duct work which is a pretty big investment.Waymon the technician who sold us our system did not pressure us into anything we did not need. He showed us where our problems were and he was right. Jesse who installed the system we were did outstanding work and did not stop until they were done.Waymon and Jesse are extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and will answer any questions you have.If you need a new system or a repair of a system I would highly recommend that you call Metro Energy Savers. I will be passing this on to anyone that has a/c and heat problems.

Requested a quote to have a urial unstopped & they quoted for a new flush valve and new sensor unit.
Then they came out and replaced the batteries that did not need to be replaced on the sensor unit for $150.
The urinal still has not been fixed, they just turned the water cut off down to only let a small amount of water out to just barely keep the urinal from overflowing.
I do not recommend ever using this company for anything.
