Doesn't answer phone calls. Says 24hrs.

Ben was very professional. I don't know how my/our other post ended up on another plumbers page.. hmmm ,anyways we had water damage to our home while on vacation.
I called Ben, he arrived and fixed the leak that cause damaged to 3 rooms and a hallway.
A home owners nightmare. I would definitely use him again.

They use fixed pricing and are expensive. I paid $675 to replace a gas control valve on my water heater. Be sure to get competing estimates so you don't overpay like I did. I believe I was price gouged after looking at what an actual cost plus job would have cost.

I called to make an appointment,they did answer and told me next day from 11 - 1 and never showed up ...I called and they told me they were running late so I waited and no show no call ... Real bad service ...

We have used Flat Rate plumbing for several years now. Roy Adams is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He installed 2 water heaters at our home and we have called him back for several other things including leaks and dripping faucets, etc. He always asks many questions to get to the root of the problem and has been able to promptly diagnose the issue. We would highly recommend him over big name, large companies because of his attention to detail and overall skill level as a master plumber.

Requested a quote to have a urial unstopped & they quoted for a new flush valve and new sensor unit.
Then they came out and replaced the batteries that did not need to be replaced on the sensor unit for $150.
The urinal still has not been fixed, they just turned the water cut off down to only let a small amount of water out to just barely keep the urinal from overflowing.
I do not recommend ever using this company for anything.
