I called plumb reasonable because water was leaching out of my guest toilet and my master toilet would not flush and there was water coming out of the wall near my AC unit! I was desperate to get someone out immediately. They answered and told me right away what the problem could be based on what I described over the phone. The wife and husband duo where at my house within 15 minutes of my call, they were very professional and gave me more information about my pipes being that I was a first time homeowner. These people were honest and and did a great job! They were able to unclog my main drain within 10 minutes. I highly recommend them not only because they are great at their job but also because it’s important to support family business. Thank you so much for helping me in my desperate need and I will be using them for any future needs.

The technician was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. But when I booked the appointment I was told a low and high cost for the appointment. I was expecting to pay the higher amount but then was told because he had to go from roof to clean out the cost was $150 above the highest cost. If you call them be sure and ask for costs associated with roof clean out also. He did take care of the problem and charged me $50 less than what he first told me. Not sure if I would use them again. Expensive!!

Reasonable and quick repair

Dan Jordan was excellent. He was able to come out on Christmas Eve and cap our busted pipe so we could have water over the holiday. The main repair had to be scheduled for the following week, but he was fast, timely, and fixed the problem.

I have used him twice in the last 2 months for two different issues and both times he responded the same day and fixed the problems. Don is very reliable, courteous , reasonable and knows his business. I will definitely recommend his services to my friends and family.
