Dave was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and assessed the problem. He used shoe covers when I asked and fixed the problem. The work cost what he quoted. Hopefully this solves the leak over my garage.

After having foundation work completed on my home by Perma Pier Foundation, I was contacted by Black Tie Plumbing to have the Domestic Water Pressure Test and Sewer Hydrostatic Test completed. I spoke with Matt Wise and he thoroughly explained what the test entailed. In addition, he asked me if I was available that day to have someone come out and perform the test. I agreed and Carl Orgish came out shortly. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. In addition, he was very patient in answering questions that I had about the process. I was extremely nervous about finding out the results of the tests because of the expense associated with it if, it if the tests failed; however, Carl calmed my concerns throughout the two separate tests. I highly recommend Matt Wise and Carl Orgish of Black Tie Plumbing to meet all of your plumbing needs.

Jack at master repair plumbing did lots of work on our house and did a wonderful job on it all.

They wanted $320 to snake an a.c. drain on a Sunday. Most of their competitors want about $200-250. On google it says theyre open 24 hours, but know youre going to pay way more than average to use them after hours. Call around for quotes before using these guys.

The handle to open the water to the water spout on my bathtub was loose. $140 to fix “labor” + $80 in “parts” total $220!!! 😳. The guy didn’t take no other payment except cash..who knows, maybe to avoid paying taxes but his problem. This fix was way to expensive.

KMP will get my business from now own. Had a quote to replace a section of sewer that roots had got into. They honored the quote from 4 months ago with no questions. The whole crew was great! Very knowledgeable and personable. Had us fixed within no time. The phone staff is also very nice and tries to answer your questions unlike other companies. Great job, KMP.

Lifesavers during the aftermath of the 2021 winter storm. Chase acted fast to fix our burst pipes and get our water restored faster than any other plumber could come out. We used them as GCs for the rest of the restoration and also threw in popcorn ceiling replacement. All jobs done with excellent quality!

I give a 5 star to the plumber, John I think. But less happy about the cost. I was debating finding the leak myself and the home insurance person suggested I let the plumber do it. Well, they charge 225 just to cut a hole in the wall. And the leak was right where I thought it was going to be anyway. So if you have a good idea of where you need to look save yourself some money and cut the hole yourself. The plumber though was courteous and professional. As well as fast.

Do not use this company. Did not fix my issue and will not come back out. Manager refuse to call me back to discuss.

UPDATE. Tech did NOT want to look at issue and refuse to diagnose. Also management refuse to call back to address this. Finally decide to reply to this review after weeks have passed.

Skylar and Hunter were awesome to work with. They helped us find a slow drain leak in the wall from our upstairs, and made the repairs to the pipe the same day. Definitely would recommend and I will use their services in the future when I need some help with plumbing concerns.

I had a leaking toilet and BVP was recommended by a friend. All fixed the next day, great job and very reasonable price. I asked for a quote to replace all flexi pipe fittings under the sink and bathrooms. I was curious as I'd just had them replaced in my son's house. BVP's price was ONE THIRD of a well known Gold Coast plumbing company!!! All done 3 working days later.
I can recommend them highly enough!
