Had a sewer line issue. James came out and located issue right away with camera. Ended up having to jackhammer through slab to get to break. Work was very professional and super clean. I would highly recommend James and Master Repair for any work!

They’re booked solid for months so don’t expect quick service. But, I know the owner and he and his team are some of the finest people in the plumbing industry. Our company did his personal roof and he’s always great and fair to deal with.

I am in a new house that had an old water heater. I called Plumb Reasonable. Eddy arrived, prepared a proposal. I accepted the offer, and the new superior water heater was installed without a hitch. I am very forunate to know about Plumb Reasonable and Eddy.

Called KMP out to perform some plumbing install in two bathrooms for a restoration project we’re working on. They were able to schedule me the next day and their tech Roberto called me when he was on his way, was able to give me a fair estimate immediately and finished the job all in one day. Great service, we will definitely get KMP out on more of our jobs!

So glad that we went with this company. We were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, customer service, and overall experience. Their prices are very competitive and they provide alternate resolutions instead of just going with the most costly repair. We will be using them for all future plumbing needs.

Right on schedule, didn't waste anytime getting the job done. Here within 2hrs of placing the initial call. Was a little worried about the costs, but was actually not bad at all. I would definitely recommend to other homes and businesses in the area!

I called Direct Source Plumbing shortly after they opened in the morning because my toilets were backed up. They said they'd be out between 11 am - 1 pm, which I was surprised to hear. Wes showed up just after 11 am. He took care of the issue and told me what the cause was. I asked him for his opinion on what I should do about the issue since it'll likely happen again and he gave me honest feedback which I greatly appreciated. One feels a bit apprehensive when dealing in an area they don't know much about but Wes did a good job of explaining the issue.
No one ever wants to have to call a plumber but I feel good knowing that I have found my plumbing company. The price I paid was exactly what they quoted. They got there fast and did their job quickly. I am a very satisfied customer. I recommend them to anyone that needs this service. 5 stars!!!

So this company came out to install my new tub, shower fixtures, toilet, and sink fixtures. There were some frustrations involved with that such as price, and sloppy workmanship. But my recent issue was the most frustrating. Our shower hasn't been very hot even on its hottest setting. I assumed it was because the shower was too far from the water heater. It would only be hot enough if you used all the hot water, and then waited about 45 minutes for the water to be extra hot. Then you could take maybe a 7 minute comfortable shower. So I thought that installing a tankless water heater would solve this issue, so I had a competent plumber install one for $6,000. It was pricey, but I thought this would fix our issue. After it was installed, we checked the shower and it still wasn't very hot. My plumber took off the handle and found that it was installed so there was a limiter on it and I couldn't turn it all the way hot. He then re-installed it correctly and now it works fine. But I wish I had known that before I SPENT $6,000 ON A NEW WATER HEATER! Also, our handle was sideways when All Masters Plumbing installed it, and when I asked about it they said, Oh, that's how it goes and so I just left it as is. My competent plumber was able to easily install it the correct way.All in all, All Masters Plumbing is far from their name. Their plumbers are mediocre and don't care about quality work. One of the worst services I've ever had to work with.

Lyle was great! He came out within an hour of me calling him and solved our plumbing issue just as fast. We will definitely be using his services again in the future.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.
But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing today because the faucet handle in my bathtub broke, and the water was running non stop. They called me back, and said they would have someone out today. The plumber who arrived was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue quickly. Initially, I gave this company a great (five star) review. However, the plumber did not have the faucet handle, but told me that I could easily find one at Home Depot. While looking for one (didn’t find it-can only get from one place since the style is old) I had a memory recall which has totally changed my mind about my experience with this company. About 3 -4 years ago I had the same issue. That plumber told me that since my house was older he could make the repair to the leak easily. Without going into a long story, he did the same repair that this company did. The difference is that guy charged me around $125 (maybe $150)and these people charged me $400. BIG DIFFERENCE! Will Never use them again!!!
