I was very happy start to finish. Pleasantly surprised to be scheduled the next day after my initial call about a leak under my kitchen sink. Josh called and arrived promptly the next morning. He determined the faucet was the source of the leak and needed to be replaced. My garbage disposer was over 7 years old and he pointed out the fitting at the top was corroded. He suggested replacing it while he was there and I agreed. I picked out and purchased a new faucet while he picked up a new disposer at the supply company. He did a quick, thorough and efficient job of installation of the new faucet and disposer. He cleaned up his work area thoroughly and removed the old equipment and trash.

Zane was professional, helpful and informative.

MES installed our AC unit 9 yrs. ago and they have maintained it since then. Robert used to service our unit but he retired recently. Waymon is our new technician and he is as pleasant and easy to talk to. He explained what he was doing unlike the others who felt and acted uncomfortable when you are watching what they are doing. He answered all my concerns and was honest enough to tell me my unit is in good shape.

Had my utility room moved into my garage. The original area was on the second floor. The guys plumbed the old utility to convert into a 3rd full bathroom .. they plumbed the garage to set our washer and dryer in that new area. We were very pleased with the results.

Had Gary come out quickly and fix a faucet repair that was a bit too tricky for us to finish. He was professional and fast, and as my four year old son remarked, ‘he looked amazing’ 😂

Micheal came out to do our seasonal check of our 2 HVAC systems. This is the second time he has come out to perform these checks. He is so detailed oriented he finds problems that could manifest into bigger problems & does his work so thoroughly (as if it’s his own) that I hope he remains our tech. BTW, he finds problems left from our new system install done a few years ago by another HVAC company (Ellis) that I will never use again. Thank you Michael!

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
