Willie came out to check our furnace today for its yearly check up & thank goodness he did. We had a new roof put on last month & apparently they knocked flue pipe loose & did not put the roof crown above roofline.
We are just lucky we had not turned on the heat yet.....scary! Anyway, Willie will be back on Friday to replace & fix everything. So happy we have a maintenance plan with them.

Called since our AC was tripping the circuit breaker in over 100 degree afternoon. The next day, a technician called and said he'd be over in 25 minutes, he apologized when he got here for taking 35 (I definitely did not notice). Thoroughly checked everything, had a few suggestions but said it all look good, including in the very hot attic. Overall good experience.
