We recently contacted KMP when we had an issue with a busted hose bib. I called KMP and within an hour our service technician was already here. Our technician had great customer service and the entire team was helpful from start to finish. We were so thankful we discovered KMP and will never use another company again for our plumbing and hvac needs!!

They are probably not the cheapest but their service is top notch. Rachel was very helpful in getting the tech out to us pretty quickly for a plumbing emergency. Steven, the leas tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I’m glad there are companies out there like KMP who genuinely care about their customers and their reputation.

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
