I highly recommend this business, and if you happen to get Michael as your plumber, you're in good hands. I needed a couple of P-Traps installed. I called and spoke with Carol who was very friendly and to my surprise was able to get me a same day appointment. I had several other estimates, but I was so impressed with the professionalism and how courteous Michael was until I hired him to do the job. He was on time and is very knowledgeable. He took the time out to explain in detail what was being done. Michael did an outstanding job and in my opinion is an asset to this company.

It seems like we have used every drain service around. Metro Rooter was the card we had on the fridge, but frankly, I had no recall of them. We get roots in our drain line every 12-18 months and need to have them cleaned out. I called a couple of other places first and they took hours to call me back and their prices were higher than I really wanted to pay. About out of desperation, I called the number on my card. Their price was $50-60 below the others and they apologized for only being about to get to me 4 hours before anyone else could.
They were prompt, the call cost exactly what their phone quite said, and I was thrilled. Now I will remember that card is on my fridge for a valid reason. I’m not using anyone else.

Very knowledgeable family business

I've been using Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing for the last 10-15 years and I'm convinced they are the best. They are always professional, neat, knowledgeable, hard workers and leave everything better than they found it. They have fair prices too. They are all so friendly and nice on top of all that and you just feel better being around them. I know they are a Christian company led by David Lasiter, and know that if it starts at the top, it goes all the way down. Most recently I had a gas leak and James, one of the managers and 3 other guys came to fix it. I was so pleased with the work and with each of them - they are just happy people who work very hard to do a good job. When I have actually plumbing issues, I usually ask for Lewis because he does such an outstanding job and is so professional, neat, and nice. Gary, the dispatcher is like a friend - so nice and does a great job keeping me informed. Love this company and all their people.

We had the typical main line sewer clog, and called Williams Home Maintenance. Ryan showed up FAST (maybe 30 minutes!) and did the job super fast as well - Problem solved!

Ryan also gave me some information on another plumbing issue (where we need to run a camera, which Willams can do). I plan to use them again.

What an honest and professional company! Thomas came out and gave a free estimate. He took the time to explain to me what the problem could be and what it would take to find a definite answer (it was a leak). He didn't talk down to me, didn't use jargon i didn't understand, and was very honest about the repair. I chose Ernie's for several reasons, but the most important was Thomas, his honesty and respect for the company he works for.When they came out to complete the repair, it was done quickly, all steps were explained to me and I was shown the repair as well as the damaged line. All of the workers were kind and humorous. Thomas was the best and the crew completed the work for the amount estimated. I will definitely use Ernies Plumbing again.
