He was honest from his first inspection of our plumbing issue, started with low cost trouble shooting vs the exspensive repairs that another plumber had quoted. He was able to fix the issue quickly, with little to no disruption and at a low cost. I would recommend and use Black Tie Plumbing in the future.

Previously, I had given these folks a five star review. I’ve used them a number of times to clear my drain line where roots get into it.
Twice in a row now, they’ve missed the appointment window. When I called, each time I was told I had gotten lost in the shuffle. They finally came out, then pretty quickly said they’d have to get their leak detection experts to find the leak.
“Leak detection experts” = two guys with shovels.
They knew they were dispatched to a leak and then later had to leave to get repair parts.
I anticipate they’d solder a new piece in when they did find the leak. Nope, they crimped in a riser piece. The first crimp failed, so they had to go get another part.
The second crimp worked, but apparently they didn’t check the meter to see if it was still running because we have a second leak on the side of the house.
I went to call them for the second repair, but they got lost in the shuffle and I called Baker Bro’s instead.

Great Company they were able to find, fix and repair leak when no on else could! Thumbs up! First Choice for all our plumbing needs.

I wanted to take a moment to compliment one of your employees. Juan (unfortunately I didn't catch his last name) was a true lifesaver last night in the Canyon Falls neighborhood in Argyle! My family and I moved into our new house yesterday, and around 8pm began smelling gas. Juan came immediately, even though it was getting late in the evening, and stayed until 10:30pm testing multiple things and working diligently to make sure we were safe. He even came back this morning to check on us! You have a stellar employee there. Please thank him for us.

Not only were they responsive, but leak detection was methodical and completed without any excess damage. Our problem turned out to be a mixture of water heater issues as well as drain plumbing issues.. both were repaired efficiently and at a very fair price. Absolutely would do business again

Used Ernie's plumbing for a number of years. Recently, we contacted Ernie's to fix a toilet and two sinks that were running slow. The toilet repair was fine but the price we paid to unstop two sinks, $190.00 was excessive.We will not use Ernie's again in the future. There are other plumbers with more reasonable pricing .

Our AC wasn’t cooling properly. Herbert came out within an hour and a half and fixed the problem quickly! He explained everything he did in a very clear and concise manner. We would definitely recommend using this company!!
